Contact ripped in my eye while at work, and i was still waiting for my new pair to come in, so I had no replacement. They helped me out with a trial pack, and now my eye feels so much better! Definitely recommend this place!

Some of the best selection of frames in Toronto with exceptional service. My partner and I both bought our glasses here. Laura and Andy were extremely helpful and patient in helping us pick out the right frames, explaining our options for lenses, and making (many) adjustments to ensure the frames fit our faces. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase (they stayed open late on both occasions to make sure we picked out the perfect pair). Thank you!

I recently visited Evok Eyewear for an eye exam and was blown away by the excellent customer service I received. When I reached out on December 31st, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response. I was able to schedule an appointment in three days...three days!During my visit, the team at Evok Eyewear went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. They even fixed my current glasses as they weren't sitting properly on my face. The eye exam was quick and efficient, and I was in and out after just 20 minutes. Yes, 20 mins for an eye exam...I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 and never had a short eye exam.One of the things that really stood out to me was the team's attention to detail and their commitment to finding the best pair of glasses to fit my face and personal style. They offered a lot of good advice and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I loved their selection of glasses. Very modern and bold.I would highly recommend Evok Eyewear to anyone in need of eyewear or an eye exam. I stopped in earlier this afternoon to get my wobbly frame fixed. A few weeks ago, the side of my eyeglass frame had come undone and the screw had to be replaced. The place I had visited prior to Evok did not put in the proper replacement screw, causing the right lens of my eyeglasses to become loose inside the frame. I remembered seeing Evok and decided to stop in and see if they could fix my eyeglasses. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the store, and the gentleman that helped me saw right away what the issue was when I showed him my eyeglasses. He fixed my eyeglasses within minutes and now I don't have to worry about the lens falling out while wiping them. I will definitely be revisiting the store for my next pair of eyeglasses.

Absolutely recommend this place. The staff as well as the owner were super helpful with finding the right frame and lenses for eye prescription. They have a lot of options and they guide you without any pressure towards any option. I felt very comfortable at every step of the process and I know they have my back if I need support from them in the future.

Had such a positive experience both here and at Opteaq (their new location). We originally stopped at Opteaq to check out the frames, where we met the owner and checked out the frame selection. He was such a genuine and sweet person and after talking to him and telling him what I was looking for he was able to reccomend his other location to me where I found the most beautiful frames for my new sunglasses. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service here- would definitely recommend. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and I did not feel rushed into selecting a pair of frames. I must have tried on a dozen.I provided Andy with my criteria and he helped me narrow down my search. I wanted frames that were lightweight and had nose pads (they always slip down otherwise!) now that I’m working from home and no longer wearing contacts. I liked that the frames were customizable from colour to the length of legs to ensure the perfect fit.Would highly recommend evok!

Phenomenal!! Got two pairs of lenses made from frames I bought overseas. The team guided me through different options and quotes were extremely competitive -- one transitions, one regular. Upon picking up the glasses, they went through a fitting and showed me the transitions working using their UV device. They also took my old glasses and replaced the nose pads and made adjustments at no additional cost. Outstanding service and pricing! We need to support local businesses and this one is a no brainer. After a long search, I have finally found my go-to eyewear and optician service...Keep it up guys!

Wow. Was looking for a new eye doctor closer to home. So glad I found them. Very reasonably priced, up to date technology and equipment, great eyewear selection, such friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would suggest.
