Some of the Vets and Nurses are stellar and provide exceptional service and care for your pets. Others drag down the whole experience. The receptionist in particular is very snide and dismissive and treats basic information like it's secret veterinary knowledge that only a select few need to know.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, classless and self-righteous person you'll likely ever encounter. Her condescending nature and careless attitude could dictate the life or death of your beloved pet - is that really a risk you're willing to take? She is the personification of trash, nothing less. TRASH. Novak is a joke as well.The only positive from this establishment is Gemma.

Our families have been coming to the Red Lake Falls Veterinary Clinic for over 30 plus years for our furry friends, and they have taken care of our pets with top-notch care, vets, and staff has always treated us with care and kindness knowing that our furry friends were part of our family. Veterinarians and staff are wonderful! Thank you all for the years of service and years to come!

Always best care, and reasonable prices! I have been taking my dog here for over 12 years and they always have provided Sophie with care that I think she deserves! They treat your pet like a family member.

I called after hours to have my dog checked out after a fall and Dr Novak came out to the clinic. She was very caring when we had to put him to sleep . Definitely would go there again

They are so RUDE! Called to ask about euthanasia, etc. Receptionist had NO patience for me because I was heartbroken and crying. Sighed heavily and told me to make it quick". Just the worst experience and NOT the first time I have encountered their cold hearted behavior. Also called a few years ago because my dog had been hit by a car. They had no time for us back then either. This place is awful!"

Always took such great care of our dog! Even called several times a day with updates when he was sick. Very caring and compassionate when we finally had to put our dog to rest.

I tried to get an appointment for an acute UTI on my cat and they said they wouldn’t see him because they don’t take acute cases.Then the woman said “yeah, bye” and hung up.So rude, so unprofessional. Why would I even consider ever taking my animals there.

Always take such good care of our pets and livestock when needed. Very good with our big nervous dog. Always good service, straight and to the point.
