I'm extremely happy with my first experience from Timestream Comics.The site was easy to navigate and order from. Once I made an order for a few trades (paperback collections) I realized I wanted a couple more so I emailed Timestream. They got back to me right away, added what I wanted to my order and shipped my books quick.The best part of my experience apart from the fast shipping was that my books came in the best packing I've ever seen. Not a chance my stuff was going to get damaged in transit.I'm very impressed and would recommend Timestream Comics to anyone looking for mint books at great prices with fast shipping.

Best packaging, shipping and customer service of any comics retailer ever! Also better prices than you’ll find in most shops (including online retailers for graphic novels). I highly recommend them and use them for all my comic purchases these days. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Comics arrive like clockwork every month, no missing or forgotten items, and everything is in perfect condition and packaged remarkably well. It is so easy. They respond within 24 hours to your emails, and are always happy to answer any questions, no matter how trivial, and have gotten me everything I ordered, even when I add it at the last minute. I feel appreciated as a customer, and will never go back to a brick and mortar store. Timestream Comics has my appreciation and loyalty for a great service.

I've been using Timestreams online subscription service for over 4 months now and it's absolutely awesome. The customer service is always quick and friendly and there hasn't been a book that they haven't been able to order. They are pretty on top of everything so everything goes pretty smoothly.They have very fair prices and their discounts for subscriptions are well worth it. You also get a free comic or comics monthly depending on your subscription level so that's always good. Comics always come in great condition shipped securely and bagged and boarded.If you're looking for somewhere to pre-order your comics online and are in the West Coast of Canada I can't recommend them enough. It really makes buying comics super easy and convenient. The only thing I could hope for in the future is maybe a fully online ordering system interface where customers could just modify their orders but I think that might be coming with the new Previews pullbox in the near future.Anyways great stuff I'll be using you guys for a long time. Thanks!

Been using Timestream comics for a bit now and I cannot recommend them enough! They update the website with almost every single comic book available for pre order. Customer service is fast, friendly, and helpful. I am extremely glad I found them and I hope more people choose to do business with this wonder online comic company :)

Great customer interaction, promos and discounts. I now use Timestream Comics exclusively for all my comic-related purchases. The website is updated with the latest stuff, I have it bookmarked and check it frequently.
