We went to this store because we were in the area. It was a disappointment! Parking was very difficult to find; Store inside looks nice and clean but not a lot of selections, empty shelves. There are self check out machines that don’t work we tried two of them and we lost our precious time because no staff around to help. After who knows how long. We were about to leave the store when an employee came to help us. I guess in this location only works one person in the morning. We won’t be returning to this location and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Come on! please hire more people; we don’t want self check outs. We need real people.

This location is very organized and clean! 4 self checkouts and 1 or 2 regular tills. Usually the employees are around stocking or cleaning so if you need a hand with cashing out they are definitely near by! Overall a very good store!

Cameras in the self checkout are pointed to the debit machine; the staff know this because there's green stickers on the screens that show the footage. How are the green stickers doing us any good? Also, a bar code was missing on one of our items, and when we asked for help, instead of looking for the barcode, the staff member went through my items to make sure I scanned everything.

This store is very clean and easy to access. Parking is generous. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly and ready to check you out if you don't want to use any of the self checkouts.

Was looking for Easter items on Easter Sunday. And I know it is obviously difficult to find and are not the fault of store to run out of products. But this Dollarama had everything we need . The aisles are organized better than other branches. And clean more than I expected.

If you attempt to use a reusable bag in the self checkout it locks down until an attendant comes and “verifies” it. This wouldn’t be a problem if an attendant was always present but I waited 10 minutes and there was no employee anywhere near the front checkout, even working the till.

It's your usual dollar store. They got a bump up to 4 stars from the 3 I was planning on giving them because I dropped can of pop and it exploded EVERYWHERE. I sheepishly told the young lady stocking the shelves what I had done and she was awesome at making me feel better about being a big dummy.
