Had vehicle maintenance (brake pads and rotors) completed at the auto shop at Staal Irrigation. The mechanical shop was well organized and professional. Would recommend.

Just throw some dirt on top of the rocks & hide them. You guys are genius.They dug holes in people's driveway and never fix them.These guys left a big mess in the yard. From softball size rocks to empty coffee cups. People are not responsible to clean up your mess. Clean up your mess & garbage after you're done. Those rocks weren't there when you started digging?!They can't even install the box straight.Incompetent & irresponsible.

Shady business practices...the guy was at my house for 17 minutes...$129.75....

This guy make a big mess in the my driveway, they don't work for me either because the work for doing the fibre lines and they need work in the my backyard where it's phone box. This company don't care about everyone else sacrificed and now I have from cracking my driveway I have oil everywhere in my brand new driveway and I asked the guy make attention to my driveway it's brand-new doing two years ago. The answer was yeah yeah don't worry about we know which we doing but was not like that at all, because now I have a crack and oil everywhere in my driveway. I asked for clean up and they never coming back.

Great service! I called them for weatherization for winter of our sprinkler system. They came few hours later! Very happy with the service!

We had Staal Irrigation install our in-ground sprinkler system this past summer. Not only were they efficient, they were friendly and always willing to answer any questions that we may have had. They willingly coordinated with our landscapers to make sure that everything came together as we envisioned. Our property and sod were left in pristine condition after every visit and adjustment. A special thank you to Hayden for his prompt replies to our numerous inquiries and making time in his busy schedule to always stop by our property to make any adjustments to the system heads, as needed.

5 star treatment from Staal Irrigation. Winterization on one days notice. Done efficiently and quickly. $106.00 tax in. Economical as well.

The worst people ever

New system installed with house build. Had trouble with a couple of sprinkler heads and they did send someone to fix it. The second season we didn't use the sprinkler system; my husband contacted them and asked that they not blow out" our system as we hadn't used it. We were told that our name would be removed from their list. Approximately a month later we received an invoice for the service that we'd asked them not to perform. My husband refused to pay it. We did try to talk to them after this incident for additional service to the system. Our phone calls weren't returned despite leaving several messages over the following seasons. I have now contacted Thunder Bay Sprinkler Systems; they provided prompt assessment of the problems and initiated necessary repairs."

If you like working tons of overtime without getting payed for it then this company is for you.
