Kristin's truffle hunting knowledge is extensive and I so appreciate her patience with both me and my pup. She answered my many questions while sharing her experience to help us get a healthy start in this wonderful hobby as our team built our strong relationship of trust and enjoyment. From our first lesson to our final, we very quickly were in the woods hunting and following Kristin's example of being courteous and respectful of the land we forage for these gems.
