Absolutely terrible. Twice I have been home and I did not receive my package rather I got a notice and each time I’ve called about the problem it has not been resolved. They do not care about timelines. I’m very upset with the service!

Absolutely horrible place to do business there. The customer service is non existent. Wanted to shipped a work replacement laptop then the lady at the Shipping Center rolls her eyes and says we don't ship laptops since it contains battery"... then asks me to go the courier's central location to do so. What possibly the other location will do differently on my package than they cannot.Then just walks away while I was asking if I can speak to someone else."

Poor service at Milner Rd. location. Staff don't care if your standing waiting to be served. Very short staffed. Poor attitudes.

They don't take bigger size packages although FedEx website mentions that this location takes upto 25 kgs. Save your trip if you have a bigger item but they will take regular items.

Useless.Twice now I've been home and the driver did not ring the door bell, but dropped off the notice claiming no one was home. The second time, I saw the driver walk away and when I opened the door for a package, I found the knocker instead. I then had to travel to another city to collect my package. What in holy hell.
