Bought myself a set of 2 knives $50! Good price!

I will never buy anything from Zwilling anymore. Not from the store nor online. They don’t provide any customer service and they don’t accept returns if you open it. Make sure that you really want the product before you buy it. I bought a stainless steel set and I wanted to return them after the first use because the quality was so cheap, everything sticks to it and stains will remain on the surface after washing them and when I told them this issues they provided me with ridiculous recommendations about what to do each time you want to use the product. Most stores accept returns in Canada, they don’t.

Clean, well organized shop. Responsive staff. Went during the boxing week event. Staff kept the store tidy upholding health orders as far as I can tell. Bonus; got a 50% off on an 8 Chef's Knife."

Very unsatisfy!To their product and warranty issues.I bought an iron cast pot for soup last ChristmasYesterday we notice the bottom of interior turns to grey colour and cause our concern.I contacted Amazon and they direct me to zwilling. Ended Up, I was told to send this 15 pound weight pot to Ontario from Vancouver by my own cost.Until I asked the customer service whether I can go to my local store so that they can send it for me.Then it is the best way Right.You can tell how helpful their customer service?!Local store manager somehow told me that it was caused by high heat and grey colour looking is normal. :(Even if I sent it to Ontario - takes up to 8 weeks to give me answers thus they are very likely to send it back to me. Why anyone wants to waste time like thisNo new replacement at all.It is a iron pot which is mainly for making soup and how can I cook it in low very heat ?! It must have the power to reach high heat eventually right.After all the above, I called Amazon again to express my concerns and Amazon actually gives me a free shipping label. And once they receive it. They will get me full refund.As a result, I don’t even want to visit the Zwilling store ever again.

Went to Metrotown location on Saturday, they were having a 50% off sale but they were out of stock of the product I wanted to purchase. The gentleman there said they will get a new shipment in Monday and to call in as the sale would still be on. I called today, Monday to ask if the item was in, an employee there said there was a delay with the shipment and it'll be in Tuesday instead but the sale will be over by then. I asked her if they could honour the price since it was out of my hands. She then asked someone else, maybe in upper management who said no! I believe this I'd bad customer service.

-Good brand for knives, pots, pans, and most other metal utensils you can think of.-Employees aren't overly pushy as they aren't commission based. However, their performance is based on a point-system that is linked to their sales so be aware.

Long hair guy is very rude. I went there to ask my wok 3 months ago because it is scratched and it is burnt very easily even though I used it silicone utensils. Lady clerk asked me to bring it and she will send to their warehouse to check it whether it is under warranty or not. However, this guy didn’t listen to my voices and said it is not under warranty and we cannot do anything. I asked that you can send it to check but he denied by only his opinion. I’m not going to buy their brand wok anymore. It is easily broken and absolutely doesn’t seem to pay enough. I used only 4-5 months and it’s garbage.

Good service by the staff here, albeit the store is now half the size of its original location from where it used to be.Was looking to purchase a Staub Cocotte that was on sale but they unfortunately had none available in stock in store. The staff available at the time looked into their system and saw that they had one arriving next week and asked for our contact info so they can reserve the item for me and will give me a call once it arrives. They delivered as promised.One important point to note is the fact that there isn't an option to pre-order an arriving stock to secure the sale price. I was told that one would be paying whatever the ongoing price is when the stock arrives, so if you are concerned that the sale may be over by the time your item arrives, you are better off ordering online or finding it at a location that actually has one in stock.

Don't trust this product. I purchased a set of pot for $850 and it was not worth at all. Very bad quality and they don't have return policy if you are not happy with the product quality. Don't buy this brand!
