He came for a warranty call. I had expressed to the manufacturer that the fridge was making bad noises - moaning, whining, clunking - that I could hear from my living room. He applied some insulating tape to hide the noises. It didn't help other than to cover up the noises. Which barely worked. But to anybody who cares to listen the fridge is obviously not optimal. It's making loud moaning, whining, and clunking noises. Which I can hear from the living room. I'm actually insulted that he seemed to think I was complaining that I could hear the fridge from the living room" and not that "the fridge is making loud noises

I called on a Monday morning about my leaking dishwasher and Kevin was able to come have a look right away. By the end of the day, he had sourced a replacement part and returned to complete the repair for us. I am very impressed with the prompt and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment. My wife took the day off work to wait for him. He never showed. He never called. I left him a message about 7pm. He called the following day saying he forgot. Would not recommend

Came for a warranty call for a GE stove. Kevin came, saw the appliance, called someone to order the part, came back a later date and repaired my stove. Kevin was friendly, made small talk with him while he worked on my stove. He gave me his business card if any of my appliances break outside of warranty. Happy with my stove as I have used it for another year with no problems.
