On 3 occasions, we have purchased window coverings from Off Cut Shades. Both the product and services were first rate. It's a pleasure to deal with a quality company such as this. And, we highly recommend them to our friends.

We love the blinds we purchased from Off Cut Shades several years ago for our cottage. They were easy to install and the quality and look enhanced the casual feel of our cottage. Recently, a bear tried to break in through the kitchen window. Luckily the bear failed but managed to damage the blinds in the process! The customer service at Off Cut Shades were so helpful in helping us to choose matching fabric and having the shade replaced!

The roller blinds fit perfectly. It's hard to get this quality of custom blinds a great price. I really appreciated being able to order samples of the various fabric types and colours I was considering. It made the purchase so much easier. The blinds were delivered right at my home in BC within a week, even the 92 one - wow. We saw Offcut Shades displayed at a local Home Depot and were impressed by their quality and style, but wanted a few more custom options than HD seemed interested in. Contacted Offcut directly and spoke with their sales staff, ended up ordering several shades from their website.Production and shipping was quick, but unfortunately when our shades arrived they were the wrong fabric. We reached out to Offcut, and they immediately got to work making it right. They determined it was a production error and sent us several new samples of fabric to choose from, not just tiny little squares but big foot-square pieces, was great to hang them up in our new master bedroom / bathroom addition to help decide.Once we made our choices they rushed them into production and we had the new shades quickly, all free of charge.They let us keep the old shades that were the wrong color, we ended up donating them to Habitat for Humanity.Highly recommend Offcut Shades, for their quality product but also their great customer service and support. That seems kinda rare there days, but they really delivered. We’ve since ordered another shade from them and it arrived perfect. Support a Canadian business! We’re glad we did.

I am very satisfied with my new blinds. I was surprised how easy it was to contact a sales representative for information .The blinds arrived in only a few days and were exactly as shown in the adds. If you are looking for blinds look no further.
