I have been dealing with this Post Office for almost 20 years and have always had wonderful service. The staff has always been polite, respectful and helpful.

Been coming to this location quite often for 4 years for the needs of a small business. Also had PO box there for couple of years. Never had a single bad experience - every single interaction with any employee has always been a blast. Never had problems with service or times.

Both staff inside were helpful even with the phone ringing throughout.This was the only place I could rent a P.O box without a big struggle.

First time using services at this location. Conveniently located and was open at 9am on a Saturday! Very fast and friendly service this morning.

My job had me sending all kinds of packages multiple times a week, so I was a regular at this post office for a year. Staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, knowledgable and helpful, they even learned my name quickly and we always had a good chat if they weren’t too busy. I’m moving now and I’ll seriously miss the people who work here! “The Lady” everyone mentions in the reviews is actually the best, maybe try being nice to her next time you’re here! :)

I've been bringing packages to this location for almost two years. The employees at this location have always been friendly and treated me with respect. However, I am not surprised by the number of negative reviews. I believe many of these reviews are more indicative of the customer than the employees working behind the counter.In my two years of coming to this location, I have personally witnessed poor customer behaviour on numerous occasions. The employees are not magicians. Yelling at them and disrespecting them will not change the system and process they have to work with. As a customer, coming unprepared and holding up the line that often extends out the front door is also not helpful. In situations like this, I've seen people take their frustrations out on the ladies behind the counter because someone in front of them in line took 20 minutes to find an address, take a phone call, and then decide what color of stamp they want.In reading these negative reviews, I can only hope that these employees take none of the negativity to heart. As a customer who comes to this location almost every day, I find you all to be respectful, helpful and very hard working. Thank you.

Not the friendliest service - always seems like customers are a bother to the employees. Also, difficult to turn into the lot. Try to avoid this location if possible. Thank goodness there are post offices in most Shoppers' in the area

The guy in front is so rude. I called here twice to confirm the stuff I need before I could visit the store and this guy is asking me to be on hold in arrogance, keeping the phone on side and not answering my call afterwards. Eventually I end hanging up the call after 10 mins. I can hear everything, even when there was a long silence (no customer) he dint answer my call. Why are you picking up the call if you don’t wanna assist? So rude and unprofessional

Came in for the first time today because of an issue with my parcel being mistakenly refused and sent back to sender. While unfortunately it was too late to do anything for this issue, Ann went above and beyond to try to help me when no one else did. She called the supervisor and tried to track the driver who had my package and tried her best to assist me. Every one of the workers was very friendly and kind and I very grateful!

Excellent , welcoming and rapid service. Customer friendly!
