Alliance Dental

Unfortunately our daughter was charged for services not rendered. Her Invisalign appointment was made as a refereral and upon arriving at her first appointment the office was not sure why she was there. Her insurance was charged for this appointment. She was rebooked for an additional appointment and upon arrival was told they could not provide the service. She was not charged for the second appointment. Disappointing to say the least. Invisalign patients may want to rethink this office for service needs.

Very kind and easy-going staff, all questions answered promptly and professionally, I love getting my teeth cared for here!

A quick note to say thank you to Dr. Davidson and his dental assistant. Very professional, great job on my teeth (didn't feel a single thing) and they put you at ease straight away!. Ask them for the concert:) I would definitely recommend this Doctor!

Matt is the best dentist I've ever been to. He made me feel super comfortable when getting my fillings, so much so, he didn't know I was terrified of needles! The assistants / front desk ladies are also amazing. I would highly recommend Matt if you're in Wolfville.

This is a really nice dental clinic where all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Matt Davidson is wonderful and so is his hygienist, but I bet you will have a great experience with any of the people working in this clinic.

I was very pleased with how comfortable I was with Dr.Matt Davidson. I have a big fear of dentists and he put me right at ease. I truly believe he is a good fit for me as a dentist. If you like a fun, happy, honest, GENTLE, dentist who loves to sing- he's your guy! Highly recommended!And Sheila, the hygienist is very knowledgeable at her job and together we have kept my teeth clean, healthy and problem free!

Best Dentists and Hygienists around! My 7 year old little girl had to have multiple teeth pulled and they answered all of her questions and did everything in their power to make it easy and pain free for her. 4 teeth pulled in 2 months and she is still excited to go back next month for her cleaning! I truly can't put into words how wonderful the staff at Alliance Dental is!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. A year or so after I spent a fortune (and maxed two insurance coverages) to get a bunch of cavities filled, and they had to ALL be redone. My insurance is now refusing to cover my new fillings as the same tooth was done 18 months ago. My new dentist took close up photos of my filling from alliance dental and then took photos after she redid the filling and the difference was night and day. My filling from alliance was too thick, yellow and rough, with a huge gap where it didn't appropriately correct a cavity. This allowed for the cavity to be worse off now and more of my natural tooth had to be drilled for it to be corrected. I am grateful that my new filling is a perfect match to my white tooth, smooth and totally filled, but this was done in Ontario. While everyone at Alliance was very nice, the quality of their dental care is not good. Save your money and go to a different dentist so that you don't have to go through the pain and expense of repeated fillings a few months later.

I've traditionally disliked going to the dentist and disliked the experience of getting fillings. But, the experience can be made better by well-trained, kind staff. This is what I have come to experience at Alliance Dental in Wolfville. Their dental hygenists and kind and considerate. I've also had Dr. Christine Friars for any work done. She makes you feel like you are going out for coffee and a chat with a good friend while you are in the chair. It's a rare mix of skill and high EQ.
