I attended this stretch class and it was amazing! I learned stretches I’d never seen before. I knew instantly that my RVT would be happy to hear because he always tells me to stretch to avoid muscle tension and injury.I look forward to attending more classes to increase my overall flexibility. This is a fun class for people of all ages. I attended with my mom and god sister who are both in their 50s & terrified to hear the word ‘gym’ but they came and enjoyed it as well. We’re all looking forward to taking more classes in the future!
