Superior products that they stand behind. Amazing service here, came in to buy a couple replacement trim pieces for my Tacoma's F-type Tonneau. They offered the parts for free and another minor repair under warranty.

I needed a new pair of gas props for my tonneau cover literally took them 8 months to get them in. Then they went to put them in to to find out they had sheared off a screw on the lifts. So they needed to order new lifts from Leer then ordered the wrong ones. I am still waiting for them and haven’t be in contact whatsoever. It’s always been me reaching out to them. Would not recommend these guys to anyone

Husband called to get bags installed in my truck. Made appointment and had two kids in tow.. A 2.5 hr job turned into 4 hrs, and 160$ more than they told my husband. They had no idea what they ordered wouldn't work for my truck ( although website said they would need spacers) luckily they found them. they only told me this 2.5 hrs into them having my truck ( probably because the guys kept going outside for smokes and watching some golf thing on the TV instead of working on my truck) and when I started to get annoyed that I would have to come back again another day for two hr to finish the job they called around to get the spacers. Not impressed. They should know their stuff and obviously don't. Never again will I take my truck to this place.

I installed a brake controller here and feel confidence with the service. They know what they doing and won't just rush to finish the job. I have a 2017 sienna se, and because is an se, it is different from other trim level. Extra part is need. They spend extra time to finish and still honor the quoted price. I chose the curt 51140 Triflex and it work well on my trailer e-brakes. Doug help me out with his professional advise. Thanks

Came to this location to avoid the drive to Abbotsford and happy i did they got the job done on my vehicle fast and were able to work with me on where I wanted to install the Electronic Brake Control which I didn’t get to choose on a previous vehicle at another location.

I was gifted a BAK G2 tonneau cover for my truck ... but without the installation components. I called Cap-It and they were able to get the kit and also included two attachment pieces which come with the tonneau cover, not the install kit. They were super helpful and I am so grateful for the service ... even though it was likely their smallest sale of the day.

I booked an install with Evan for some lights to be added. I paid a deposit and scheduled the install but when I showed up they had no idea if the parts had arrived and I wasn't in their schedule. It turns out the parts hadn't arrived, they had no idea and hadn't thought to call me.Despite me taking a half day off work to get the install completed, Evan didn't even think of offering to make things right. I finally asked him what he was going to make things right and the best he could do was say that we could talk about removing the markup". Unbelievable.
