Arrived a head of schedule. Made quick work of what took me hours to pull out of the old garden and shed! The men were pleasant, polite and hard working! They loaded in 30 minutes what would have been multiple trips and Saturdays to the transfer station if I’d done it by myself! Great service!

Josh was very courteous, quick, and informative. Pricing was acceptable too, especially if you know you don't have a lot to throw out (like we were) but if you collected a lot of large garbage, might consider a smaller, independent contractor. Paid $280 ish for removal.

This was my very first time using 1800 Got Junk & it was so stress free. Both gentlemen Mike & Chris, a new Daddy to be, were friendly, quick, efficient, understanding & most of all very caring & curtious. I did not have to lift a finger except just to show them what was to go. The pricing was quite reasonable compare to 10 other places I inquired. I would 100% recommend this company for best work done. Kris and Cameron were friendly, communicative, worked very hard, and flexible to deal with a couple of issues that came up with my sectional removal. Very sweet guys and I'd recommend them to anybody needing a removal.

I needed items removed from a move out of a tenanted property . The customer service representatives I spoke with were fabulous and I was able to get same day service . They were so helpful in a stressful situation ! The unit was in deplorable condition and smelled of cat urine , not ideal working conditions . Josh and Sunny were fantastic and were able to get the items removed in a timely fashion. They were kind and courteous of the situation and accurate in the estimate for the removal of items ! Great service :)
