Please stop working with this company. After ownership change, they charge more than before and rip you off. After septic cleaning, the former company (Kingsgate Septic) provided the work completion report to the city government automatically for the last 4 years but this time after ownership change, they require $35 for this service. It is very simple, just sending the completion of septic cleaning. But they say I have to pay for extra $35.

I have worked with Kingsgate Septic for over four years and have always had a great experience with them. Their professionalism, knowledge and service has been excellent. I highly recommend Kingsgate Septic.

Came and inspected/pumped my system. They were professional and fast as long as I was flexible with my appointment. Had some damage to the lawn but they made right. Would do business with them again!

They came the same week but not when they said, I wasn't home. Only way I new they had come was the muddy hole in my yard and the torn up sidewalk. No card or door hanger. They left a big mess and gave no followup. There was a scratchy VM apparently from before he started saying he was going to charge me more to dig. Still have no idea what the charges will be even though they have my card number. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Had them come out to pump my tank and inspect the system, they told me the drain field wasn't working and the whole system needed to be replaced. Was just told by the contractor that when he dug up the drain field it was fine, and the tank was fine as well.

The Septic Technician was professional & friendly, and the job was done in a timely manner. The staff was kind & courteous. I would use Kingsgate again for all our septic needs and recommend them to friends, family and co- workers.

I used to love their service and have used them a couple of times in the past for plumbing issues but the most recent visit has made me switch to another company.I called in for service on my lift station tank and pump because the toilets were not flushing. On the first day, they sent out a regular tech without a pump truck and just opened the lid and said I needed a pump and charged me for 1.5hrs for $375. He was there for 30min and said he would get me some credit for the pump truck.The pump truck comes out the next day and pumps everything out and charged me for another hour of work without any credit and they even included an hour for a trainee. They were there for 30min and was in there truck for 20min filling out the invoice. That was another $675.After they left, the tank is not pumping again. They never checked to fill the tank up to see if the pumps would activate. Now I have to get another company out to fix it. Total waste of almost $1000.

I had a great experience with Kingsgate .. The gal in the office was so friendly. I requested a call at least a half hour before the truck arrived. I was told the driver would be here Thursday morning. I live in Darrington and he called at about 8:30 and was here by 9:00 AM Thursday morning. The gentleman Eric who came out was so friendly. He taught me a lot about my septic. I highly recommend Kingsgate.

I’m a real estate broker and my seller called Kingsgate to pump and inspect their system.The pump tech came out and shared LOTS of details about his health and such and then proceeded to tell my seller that the entire system was shot and needed to be replaced.Before he left the house he told my seller “you should just give the buyer $25k because they really want the house and the entire system needs to be replaced.”The seller was offered, for $300, for the master installer/technician to come to the house and get a second opinion. This was not communicated well as the seller didn’t know that the men who showed up were also with KG.These two men were at the house for about 20 mins and told the seller that everything was fine and NOTHING needed to be replaced.Of course the buyer was confused.KG hasn’t claimed any responsibility for this mess and in the mean time the buyer wasn’t comfortable moving forward without my seller paying them $10k to replace the drainfield.This would not have happened unless the first representative from KG had said what he did.Fast forward some weeks and many hours of calls and conversations- the buyer has declined to move forward and we have to go back on the market. This literally may cost the sellers 10s of thousands of dollars in lost revenue as well as many hours of stress and it is delaying their move across America to be with their kids and grand kids.The owners are unresponsive and have provided no solutions.Do not use KG septic for your septic service.
