Meghan is the an amazing stylist. She has great customer service skills. Lindsay is also a fantastic stylist! She also has great customer service skills. Everytime I am there it like being with friends, extremely enjoyable experience and they always know what i want done with my hair. Absolutely recommend using this salon!!

I was just getting my hair cut and styled by Stefany Schmidt. I love her cuts, she always finds the perfect style for me. My hair was long and now I have a cute cut that’s sassy…She also is great helping to buy the right products for my hair.Stefany was very knowledgeable, in her field of expertise. It’s worth the trip from Aurora to get her.

We had a bad experience here with my son . They cut way more off then he wanted and we had to go back to get it fixed because it was extremely choppy and not blended at all. They had to shave it on 0 to fix it at the back. My son was so upset. The manager Megan did her best to fix it . Megan did my other son and it was great, no problems there. So if you choose to go here go for the experienced and ask for Megan .

Best experience at a salon, we are summer residents of gravenhurst and met the manager at an event in Muskoka, she did a great job and we recommend her 100%, salon is very clean and has all the hair products you can ever need, she is even special ordering me some Moroccan oil body wash so I don’t have to go back to the city to get it. Anyone who needs your hair done in Muskoka go here.

Hillary is the best. Quality customer care and service. I've been a client of this salon for years. I don't trust many with my hair but these gals are awesome. Just had my colors revitalized. My signature looks are back. Purple bangs and jet black the rest. I feel like I've had the best self-care experience that an worker could ask for. Thank you ladies for the most relaxing, fun time .

I booked an appointment for my daughter who needed a bit of a trim to clean up the ends. Our usual salon was closed and we were in Walmart already so thought it would be convenient. I wish we hadn’t as it’s been nothing but tears since her appointment and I now have to make an appointment with our regular stylist to fix it. I feel badly for complaining as the staff were very nice, and the price was certainly right, but the cut is just awful. The ends are so uneven.

Meghan is the absolute best, she made my daughter who has Down syndrome feel like a princess, new colour and eyebrow tint. She didn’t talk down to her, they joked and had a great time , I have not seen my daughter light up like this in so long..I appreciate this salon so much and the care they show the clients as well as the knowledge they have, we come down from the city every year to spend from May -September at the cottage and we just love them so much that we are now driving from Toronto to see them in the winter and so are our friends! I was more then happy to share a review of my experience.

Meghan has been absolutely amazing each and every time I come in for an appointment! She has done some fun and funky colours that I'm always up for! I enjoy coming to the salon in the welcoming atmosphere the ladies have created! I like that they use the products they retail, they explain the benefits of the products but are never pushy/salesy about it! Both Lyndsay and Meghan have cut my hair and I have loved it each and every time!
