This location is great! If you are planning on going to this location definitely ask for help from Ali. He really helped me out in picking the right supplements for me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all the differences between brands! I am definitely going to be coming back to this location and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Hi there,I am just wanting to relay my experience at the Brickyard Store in Brampton.I went in after having my second baby, 20 months post-partum, 2 days after stopping breastfeeding. I had been feeling awful. I met with David Ciarallo and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to listen to my goals, what’s been happening in my life and what I needed. His experience, customer service and vast knowledge is supreme! I started feeling like my true self within 2 days and my old clothes started fitting within 2 weeks. I truly appreciate my visit with David and so thankful for the regime he suggested.

Very friendly, calming, informative support offered. Very easy to ask questions and gain information without any newbie judgement. Been coming here for over a year, choosing over shopping online, choosing to drive 20mins, because of the experience. They are doing great with their customer service!

The staff in this location are incredibly helpful without making you feel silly for not knowing anything. They answer everything in a professional and personal way that makes for an enjoyable, fun and informative conversation. They give you their experiences with products, recommend things that align with what you're after and try and get your needs sorted out as best they can. They promptly answer the phone the first time without you having to call several times to try and get through, and can effectively follow up with you when you show up in person. Whether its because they take notes or just remember I'm impressed with their service and have enjoyed the productive got from them this far.

Great environment everything is organized and easy to access. The employee experience was great, he was very helpfully for a beginner like my and explained things in an easy understand way. Prices are good as well. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience. There was one staff who is also a Personal Trainer. He gave me great insight to what I needed to buy for my goals. Before I was taking protein that upset my stomach and pre workout that was too high of a stimulus. He explained it to me very well and I’m really happy to have met him. Really funny and cool guy! His nickname is Ali, he said his full name but I forget it.
