Odd Jobs MI

I wish I could give Odd Jobs 10 stars! In a time when you wait months to get poor work quality, Odd Jobs was a breath of fresh air. From the first communication, to the last day on the job, Ryan and his team kept me updated with texts and pictures of the work in progress. Ryan was easy to work with, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and did an amazing job in our home. We had Odd Jobs remove and replace tile on our fireplace and on the floor. We also had them install screws to our wood floor in order to cut down on the horrible squeaking when you walked in certain places in our house. I'm actually excited, not stressed, to have them tackle the next set of improvements in our house! I highly recommend Odd Jobs!

Ryan installed a backsplash in our kitchen. He did a great job and was very friendly while at the house. He took great pride in his work and communicated with us very timely when he had questions. Overall, I would recommend Ryan and will use him again for future projects.

Ryan has done a number of major projects for me, the most significant of which was the completion of an unfinished basement from the studs to a full bedroom, den and bathroom. Ryan is very knowledgeable about different choices and realistic about time frames (which is rare in a contractor). He provided direct referrals for a plumber and electrician who worked on the projects and everything was done professionally and with Ryan's personal inspection of the final product. Can't recommend his company highly enough.

We needed some minor repairs around the house and Ryan surpassed our expectations!! He's very professional, experienced, and takes a lot of pride in his work. We are excited to find someone who is so punctual and willing to help especially while demonstrating a true concern for his clients!! Good job Ryan!!!

We had Ryan repair and replace some soffit material and siding, paint the exterior of our house and he did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was conscientious throughout the project, sending pictures daily of his progress. Our next job for Ryan was installing a storm door on the front of our house which turned out beautifully. Our next project requires a little demolition work in our bathroom, drywall work, installing shower doors, and painting. Ryan is always forthcoming regarding what issues may arise as he is estimating the job. We look forward to using Odd Jobs in the future as we transition our house to our home.

I was very impressed with Odd Jobs prompt communication, reasonable quotes, and the stellar quality of their work which was completed in a timely fashion. Not only did they do a beautiful job installing a backsplash in our kitchen but they collaborated with us on a window replacement and are going to install that for us as well. Odd Jobs installed a bedroom door for us and did some carpentry work of installing molding around a doorway frame. They provided us a quote at the beginning of the project and there were no surprises. I felt that Odd Jobs is transparent in their business practices which is a welcome change in today's world. Ryan was professional and friendly and truly cares that his customers are well served by his company. I highly recommend Odd Jobs to you- you will not be disappointed!!

Odd Jobs laid new flooring in 3 rooms on schedule. We were especially pleased with the advice they provided and the high quality of their craftsmanship. They expertly installed the flooring and trim and took time to make sure that less visible parts in closets etc. look just as professional as the more visible parts. We highly recommend Odd Jobs.

Ryan tackled a large interior painting job for me on a 100+ year old home that really needed some care. He took great care and worked hard to make sure it was done on time. I will continue to hire Ryan for additional projects as his attention to detail and his level of quality is exceptional.Sally

Ryan installed a hand rail on our outside concrete stairs. We had a design in mind and Ryan was willing to work with us to make that happen. The end result was exactly what we wanted. He answered every question and addressed every concern we had during the process. Ryan is professional and excellent at what he does and so is his crew! A pleasure to work with, and have to add, a really, really nice guy!
