Charged us 80 for an hour and they kicked us out at 45min.Only cash, bad equipment and poor service.Watch a youtube karaoke vid or get a mic itll be 10 times cheaper

Super fun karaoke place for a birthday party for my friends and I. Had the fries and chicken tenders and definitely helped absorb the alcohol! The room was quite large and helped house the 20 or so of us. Lights were bedazzling and filled the room. Screen was vibrant and had lots of choices for new and old songs for karaoke!

When we arrived all the doors were closed and locked and it looked like we were in the wrong place. Nope they just lock the doors at night, maybe to hide something who knows.... Anyways they were all smoking inside and it smelt terrible (one of the reasons for locked doors?). Once we got in it was disappointing that the karaoke machine was only in Chinese (you use the English alphabet to search but everything is in Chinese). I'm sure that's fine for their target market but that's fairly exclusive in Canada's most multi cultural city. The bathrooms.... Ya know what, wear a diaper. The bathrooms are horrendous looks live they've never once been cleaned the garbage can was filled with barf and the toilets unflushed and filled with cigarettes. (I see another review about the bathrooms too so I have a picture or two... But maybe just one there isn't very many angles in there that aren't absolutely putrid). They serve food and drinks but I can't imagine they have a health license, it is disgusting in there. I did go with a group and therefore didn't chose this place, I had fun but that's because of the company I keep. You wouldn't catch me dead at this place ever again, but I will recommend it to the city health inspectors.

Karaoke machines worked well enough.Everything else was brutal. This place has to be a front because it's the sketchiest, most questionable business I've been to in Toronto.Bathrooms were an absolute disaster. Cash only with 1 questionable ATM at the front. Sweatbox rooms with no a/c. All of the staff refuse to even engage in basic conversation with you.Also, the business has no liquor license. We were told they would start serving alcohol at 10:40 pm (I know what?!) When my friends went to the bar at 10:40 the front told them 11pm and we could only drink in the front not in the room. They then refused to give us any drinks at all and told a new group that they had no alcohol for them.Lastly, the main guy at the front was eating, licking his fingers, picking his ears and proceeding to cash people out and work at the front desk without washing his hands.Absolute nightmare of a place. Don't go here. 120$ for 2 hours and they cut off our time early. We didn't even fight it because we just wanted to leave.Don't go here.Don't go here.Don't go here!

It was a nice place for karaoke but the staff members where very rude and not professional. One they seen me trying to talk to them but they continued to talk among themselves. While I was standing there they continued to make jokes and look in my direction to force me to believe they were talking about me. On top of all if it, I'm walking out the place, one guy threw a card at me as I was leaving. The other staff members laughed at it and didn't apologize. I don't want to pull a race card but I don't understand the level of treatment. I felt unwanted and provoked.

Came here with a group of 12 and had a poor experience at this venue. The user interface for the karaoke machine was confusing and also hard to use as it wasn’t in English, and only some popular songs were available. The biggest concern here, a warning to future goers, is that there is NO air condition. The room would become very hot and the service was bad, to the point where we would have to bring the water pitcher out ourselves to get water for our room. Several times we would step out of the room to cool down and would see the staff just on their phones doing nothing, and not tending to our basic needs (especially if we’re paying $450). As frustration grew, we raised our heat concern to the front desk and the worker chuckled, not addressing our concern professionally. It feels as if this business is capitalizing on the lack of air condition to charge ridiculous premiums for basic beverages. Below is an image showing the prices of two cans of pop for $18. I would recommend any reader of this review to opt for literally any other karaoke bar in Toronto, as the premium price you pay here comes with poor service, unreasonable menu prices, and no air condition. Don’t come here.

Went in as a group of 4, they charge $30 per hour, which was actually a good deal. The decor is tacky, which doesn't matter because it made it even more fun. It's hard to search certain songs that include any sort of punctuation. What puzzled me the most was that the bill included a 15% tip, all the service" we got was being brought to our room..."

The rooms are really nicely decorated and spacious, they were open until 3am. I had a party of 17 people and they tried to make us book a party room for $500, even though online on their website 17 people fit In a large room $350. So we showed them their online price and they ended up giving us a Party room for the price of a Large room, which worked out even better. The drinks were good and the music options were pretty decent, looking up music was a bit tricky, but we figured it out in the end. The A/C was broken when we went so it was really hot and that made it hard to really enjoy, but overall everyone had a good time. There's an ATM there to pay, they only take cash. Not too bad of a karaoke spot. I would go again with friends.
