Apparently, you can't dye your hair which is a little eccentric. I heard of it from different people. Some people liked it but since my friends convinced me, I will give it a two because I don't like uniform schools.

I went to this school In grade 6 for only a year because after that my family finally realized how awful of a school this is, I was bullied and tormented by many students and when I fought back I was the only one to get punished I constantly had to try and prove myself to teachers specifically Mrs. Sawchuk and Mrs. Macdonald but all they did was take the side of the bullies. I was bullied by students but I think I was more tormented by the teachers than anything from the wrongful punishment and unfair suspensions and the principal and vice principal talking bad about me behind my back I don’t even know where to start or what’s the worst of them all. But one of the things I was most shocked about is the repeated Islamaphobia I faced, I was a Hijabi girl and my parents where not Muslim or religious in any way so the school became sceptical and contacted my parents at first my parents where not so sure about my religious conversion and didn’t fully understand so my family told that to the school. Then the school began to ask me every single day when I was going to take of my hijab and actually called in several meetings with my parents discussing when I would take it off and at one point they even told me that I would not be aloud to return to school if I didn’t take it off then it clicked in my mothers brain that it was my religion and I could do whatever I wanted with my body and informed the school she supported my conversion and only then did the school decide to back off but even after that there were still always snarky comments and thinks being said. I would not send your child to this school very rude staff, not a good learning environment over all a bad school.

Team School is a great school. Having studied at the school for 5 years, I can attest to the fact that the teaching staff at the school are top notch. The small class sizes allow for more dedicated one on one time with the students, which is key to understanding the content that is being taught. Team School enabled me to develop, mature and learn in a very comfortable environment while I was a student there. Furthermore, the school continuously challenged me to be a better student and a better person. I am grateful that I was able to attend this great school, and can attribute my success in my future studies (University and Master's Degree) and occupation to the educational foundation that was provided by the dedicated and meticulous teaching staff.

I cannot recommend TEAM school more highly. Our children started in Grades 7 and 3 this year after being in regular TDSB classes in the past and have enormously benefited from the small class sizes, intensive teacher involvement/communication and customized learning approach. Both kids were able to integrate and make friends quickly and have academically thrived. The TEAM school approach has been essential for our son to progress academically despite his learning and behavioural challenges - i don’t know what we’d do without this school. I also can’t say enough about the principal or the admin staff either - great people that take great pride in the school and love for their students.

Great school, I went to TEAM for six years, I have learnt a lot and used my knowledge and skills that I learnt from TEAM now in college and my own personal life. The staff at TEAM are caring about the students and very helpful and willing to see their students succeed. Every teacher brings great knowledge to each subject they teach.I really enjoyed the small classes and got a better hands on learning experience.TEAM and Mentor college work closely together for students to learn and and enjoy their time while learning with many extra- curriculum activities/ sport teams.I enjoyed my time at TEAM and highly recommend the school.

Admitted my daughter to TEAM school on the recommendation of child psychologist, due to lacking in academic specially in Maths and English, studied 3 years in school, but no significant progress was observed, she was way behind from the actual class learning goal, although the class size was very small, but school fail to deliver what is known for, another friend of mines daughter has the same problem, their daughter also not progress very well. Spend almost 75,000 $ (very large amount) in three years but not received returns on my investment, before thinking to put your kids in any private school one need to see the ROI, otherwise it is just wastage of money without result. Think twice for the private school!

I first attended Team school in 8th grade and continued as a student til grade 10. The teachers I had were very welcoming and had help me get passed many of the hurdles that had previously affected me academically and had also helped me to come out of my comfort zone making me feel more comterble for who I am as a person. I am truly thankful for what this school has done for me as it has helped shaped me into who I am today.

It is very difficult to put into words all the wonderful things that T.E.A.M has done our family and our daughter in particular. Being our third child, it was evident by Grade 1 that she had learning disabilities that were severely impeding her progress in reading and writing skills. Although she was identified as a student with learning disabilities, her public elementary school was poorly equipped to focus on such pupils. Half-hour class withdrawal sessions did little to improve her skills and by Grade 4 she was suffering from a lack of confidence and was finding school routines and relationships extremely difficult. The final straw came in October of Grade 4 when she came home with a message in her notebook made in red pen that said, “When are you going to learn?”We were told about T.E.A.M by one of our friends who had previously had their daughter attend T.E.A.M. They spoke very highly of the school and the positive affect it had on their daughter. After taking our daughter to one of TEAM’s regular Friday introductory tours, we decided to ask her if she would be willing to leave her old school and try T.E.A.M. Without hesitation she said yes. And, beginning the next week, she was enrolled and began her 5 - year career at T.E.A.M. Over that time, her continual growth in reading, writing and interpersonal skills was a welcome relief. The school’s dedication to practical organizational skills went a long way in helping her understand what she needed to do in order to be successful in a variety of skills and activities. When it came to activities, T.E.A.M seemed to have ones that were not only enjoyable to the students, but also developed skill and confidence in themselves. For example, all students were to take part in the school’s annual play production. Some students were actors, while others were artistic set designers, set builders and backstage crew. The great thing was that ALL students were an important part of the school’s annual event. Another annual activity was Speech Night. All students were required to participate by writing and memorizing a two-minute speech on a topic of their choice and then deliver it to their peers and parents. It was always a satisfying evening in that the students worked so hard in their preparation and proudly delivered their work to friends and parents alike.Perhaps the single most important factor in our daughter’s success at T.E.A.M was the amazing staff and school administration. The student-teacher ratio is ideal for students with learning disabilities. But, more importantly, the staff who are doing the instruction genuinely love working with their students and their students know it. Over the years, our daughter came to value and appreciate her teachers’ enthusiasm and support and credited them for developing her confidence level and strong, positive attitude. We are pleased to say that after her five year stay at T.EA.M., our daughter went on to high school at Mentor College where the same quality educational ideals exist. And, after four thoroughly enjoyable and memorable years at Mentor, she graduated and went on to attend University and graduated with a combined honours degree in Global Studies and Gender Studies. Following that, she spent a year teaching English in China and then earned her Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Toronto. From there, she enrolled in the Ontario Police College and is currently employed as a police officer. How was our daughter able to accomplish all this? She credits the wealth of learning techniques, organizational skills and emotional support she received during her years at T.E.A.M as the basis for her success. When we think back on the situation we were facing during the first few months of Grade 4, our daughter and we, her parents, are so very thankful that we decided to enrol her in T.E.A.M.It has been a decision that has and continues to pay lifelong dividends. From thankful T.E.A.M parents

Team School has been a blank canvas that has allowed my son to paint his schooling experience and excel because of it. Many thanks for the future you've given him!

Horrible service overall. You can’t speak to the principle, I’m sure she’s not that busy and has a few mins during the day. Also their selection process is not fair. Someone needs to re evaluate the leadership at this school
