Thomas & Birch has handled the renovation for our new office for the full design and construction. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism, timeliness attention to detail, and mindfulness of the budget.I have worked with contractors and trades in the past where it has often been difficult to get a hold of people and nail down timelines.Jonathan and his team really step up the service and expectation to the next level. I would recommend him and his team for any project.

We had an excellent experience with Thomas and Birch. Since this home is not our permanent residence we were away for much of the renovation. Designer Alexandra acted as project manager and was there to coordinate with the tradespeople and take delivery of appliances and fixtures. She was professional and invariably warm and polite, and kept us posted on progress with emails, phone calls and pictures. General Contractor Duncan was also very professional and diligent. We had a very positive experience with Alexandra and all the trades. I would happily recommend Thomas and Birch for your project.

Designer, Alexandra Graham is professional and has amazing design ideas. Quality of cabinetry is high, and though service is slow, I think this is a new industry standard. Service is always excellent, from accounting to design, to install. We are very happy with our cabinets.

Working with Thomas and Birch and Alexandra was nothing short of extraordinary. Every single person on the project was fantastic to work with & when we had an unexpected flood in the middle of the Reno Alexandra became not only designer but also Counsellor! They got the kitchen done on time even with the flood & one year later we’re loving it! They’ve been back twice to repair pieces we’ve accidentally broken & have done so quickly and swiftly. Furthermore their pricing was very competitive and quality is bar none.

We had the pleasure of working with Alexander Graham from Thomas & Birch for our kitchen renovation in Nanaimo. Alexander made several trips to Nanaimo to help us select everything from the cabinets to the countertops, backsplash tile and appliances. Thomas & Birch utilizes digital diagrams which really helped us visualize the cabinets in our space prior to ordering them. The cabinet quality is exceptional and Alexander's attention to detail made my dream kitchen come true!

This was my first custom kitchen and I didn’t know what to expect. Especially during this Covid pandemic. Now, with a totally complete custom kitchen, I’m happy to report that using professionals was a sound move. I avoided a couple of bad decisions that I would have made designing it myself, the process was smooth and well communicated, the product is top quality and Canadian (love that) and I without hesitation recommend this company. Also, we are in a remote community 6 hours from Victoria and that didn’t turn out to be a problem at all. They travel to you.

We worked with Alexandra at Thomas and Birch to design and build a new kitchen for our 1912 home. Alexandra was so great to work with! She really listened to us to create a kitchen that suited our style and worked within our budget. She was very easy to communicate with, asked the right questions to ensure that the design met our specific needs, and made the whole process enjoyable.
