From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm welcoming from Kimmy that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kimmy is highly skilled and she took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns. She provided me with personalized recommendations and suggestions, ensuring that I received the best possible service for my needs. And I was delighted with the results. The products used at the nail spa were of the highest quality, and the range of colors and designs available was extensive. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this nail spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star service.

My daughter had booked a mother daughter appointment together. Swell and relaxing time, nice workers. I got a classic pedicure from a gentlemen. My daughter had gotten a stellar nail set done by a young lady named V, my daughter said her nails were popping and wanted to take a photograph.

All the staff were so wonderful and friendly! First time here and it was great, I had Vi for my nails and I love them. They are perfect for my hawaii vacation, will definitely be back.

I've been going to this salon for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service I've gotten every time I've visited. Today I was especially impressed with Jason who was super thorough in working with my nails. Such a talented and skilled nail tech, I absolutely love my new set! And when it comes to lashes Gigi is my go-to. My lashes always look amazing done by her! Highly recommend these two artists :)

AMAZING SERVICES AT MBL! They have an array of services that they specialize in and with some talented technicians and nail artists. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing many of their offerings from facials to nails and have left feeling so good every time. The staff truly go above and beyond to cater to the customers and their needs. If you want a great service experience at an affordable price, come to MBL. If you are rude and looking for a discount or place to complain any chance you can, go somewhere else because this is not place for that. MBL and the staff are talented in their work, and are recognized by many as such.

May at MBL Artistry is Amazing!! She did such a great job with my nails. She definitely paid attention to detail which I really appreciated! Normally a lot of nail salons do 2 coats but she did 3 coats which I love love love!!! I highly recommend this nail salon! 10/10

I love coming here to get my nails done with Vi! She is so sweet, funny, and easy to talk to. Super talented in her work too - she replicates my design requests with ease and takes really good care of my nails. Over the last year my nail beds have grown out and never looked better.

If you are looking into getting eyelash extentions and don't know where to go, you must try out MBL artistry in richmond. GiGi is the only eyelash girl I go to now. She is amazing at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, honest, takes the time to share her thoughts and listen to what you want. Always professional, patient, warm, kind, bubbly with a lot of attention to detail.I'm not one to write reviews, but I thought I'd share my experience.

Gigi is amazing with lashes. I just got eyelash extensions and I absolutely LOVE them. Her lashes last for weeks. I’ve done classic, hybrid and volume with her and they’re all amazing. Not only does Gigi pay close attention to detail, she takes the time to learn what works best for you. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a hard working gal! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for quality lash extensions!
