Connie was the Realtor for my parents, and they were very satisfied with her work. They recommended her when it came time for me to purchase a property of my own, and I was very happy I did. Connie, and her son Matt worked together to help me find the right property. They were very knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, and understanding! Would definitely recommend them to others!

Sorry for the length but it just had to be said;After having had a horrible experience with the realitor who sold my house,I found Connie Fletcher of Royale LePage, Kingston! She was Terrific!She was always available to answer any questions, look up information and history, or book too many house visits in a day. If you mentioned you were going to an open house on a Sunday, she would drop everything and meet you there, just to be supportive to you.I hate going into old, dark, damp basements, to check out the furnace, pipes, foundation and other appliances, -Connie would come to the rescue and go down the wobbly stairs and give you a full report on the condition of the basement. Connie is very Loyal, Reliable, Dedicated, Sincere, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Energetic, Dependable, and Generous. She drove to Picton and Belleville from her location in Kingston (about a 2 hour drive plus the cost of gas), without hesitation for a full day of house shopping (which took 6 months until I bought a house). When I was discouraged, she said lets keep looking there is so much more to see. She never let you feel it was too much. She was beyond patient. When I was exhausted we'd take a break and start again the next week. She would listen and care. She would worry the house was right for me, with reminders that something might not work. When putting in an offer, she dared give my price. She'd be sure to protect me and if I lost the offer, she would encourage me to look at more.We had a lot of FUN and Laughs... like two best friends out shopping for the day! Mat Fletcher made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be.
