Reply to owner’s response: It was the Moose Jaw location. August 4th to be exact. I don’t feel comfortable coming back to the business as my nails are not in a state where they can comfortably be worked on, due to being thinned out. I appreciate the offer.Very clean business from what I could tell and friendly staff. However, the service was beyond disappointing. I have been receiving gel pedicures for years now. This was my first time at Lush Beauty Spa.The removal of my gel polish was painful. The drill was much too powerful (I believe) and was sanding off my real nail, causing it to burn. I do not believe it was the staff’s fault - I have never experienced a drill so aggressive. 3 weeks later and now my big toe is starting to break and flake off halfway down the nail bed. This is because it was filed extremely thin, and is now brittle.The exfoliation and callous removal was bare nothing. Both “treatments” took about 20 seconds total from start to finish. I was not impressed by this as I had to go home and scrub my feet myself.The actual polish application was done quite well. However, I believe the staff used the top coat as my base coat as the polish is starting to lift at the base of the nail, which it should not be seeing as I have not gone in any pools/lakes. This is due to improper technique.I hope this business can see this review as constructive criticism, because I do want them to do well. However, I will not be recommending anyone to this business at this point in time.

Looks and smells clean. I'm sure when it comes to hands and feet, they do a fine job but...waxing is not as good, the lady missed quite a few spots on my legs. I gave it a try here because the price was cheap. Turns out cheap is not always a good thing. When it comes to waxing i would recommend spending the extra money somewhere else. Other than that, the ladies seem quite nice here as well.

I'm so glad this place opened up in MJ! It's clean, nicely decorated, and the staff do an amazing job and provide amazing customer service! They are also super friendly and the prices are great. I had a manicure here and it turned out beautifully. Bella did mine but I'm confident they all do amazing work and you can't go wrong with any of them. I'll be back for brows and a pedicure in the near future.

This studio is very clean and inviting. The staff are great and very fast, just keep in mind they do not have skills for very intricate designs. I have gone for many pedicures and manicures and think they do a great job for the price.

I had the VIP pedicure with shellac done today. Hands down the best pedi I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it! The staff was so kind and the space was beautiful! Can’t wait for my next one! Happy Chinese New Year and thanks again!

My two young daughters and I went there (May 24/23) for mother, daughter pedicures, and the ladies were all wonderful. Patient and efficient with the girls. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Cute shop with great pricing! Katie is a sweet little dolly and was very gentle and efficient during the entire appointment. I think I have found my new pedicure spot!

I had my nails done for the first time at Lush today. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and their tools were sanitary. I showed my reference picture to the lady working and was told they would be able to do the design. The lady doing my nails was gentle on my nails and cuticles. She also took extra care in making sure the length and shape of my nails were all even and the polish was applied evenly. When it came time for the design part, her work didn't look anything like the reference photo. She tried a few times but couldn't make it work. I would have liked to have been told ahead of time if that was something they weren't able to do as I would've asked for a different design. Aside from that, I do appreciate her effort in attempting to achieve the desired look.

Esthetician here! Easily booked online for Manicure and Pedicure same day appointment. Noticed right away that their equipment is cleaned with an autoclave, down to the drill bits for the e-files. They use single use buffers and files which are thrown away after your service. The polish application was clean and the massage was very relaxing. Their staff are very friendly. Great place for those who prefer not to talk. Their work stations are sanitary, save for one detail, during the manicure the cuticle oil brush touched my nail and went right back in the bottle which is not a sanitary practice but they may empty and clean the brush and bottle between services. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and will go back again!! I received a classic manicure and a spa pedicure with shellac on both.
