Rooms need care. Peeling paint on the ceiling in room and bathroom. Place was clean.Pool was great.Air conditioning units need care. They still work but are very noisy.

Holiday Inn Sudbury, an IHG Hotel
My husband and I stayed here June 1, 2023. We were impressed by the Dove products in the bathroom i.e. soap bars, shampoo and conditioner. We also appreciated the extra towel and also the towel hanger by the sink for just washing up. Most hotels don't have this. Room was clean, beds were comfy, staff were friendly, no complaints! Would gladly stay here again!

Holiday Inn Sudbury, an IHG Hotel
Stayed here for a couple nights at the end of May and probably won’t come again. The room was fairly expensive for what was provided. There was no microwave and the carpet was so warn that there was a giant whole where I could see the floor boards underneath. Breakfast is not included and the soundproofing in the room is awful. I could hear full conversation from down the hall (not muffled, distinct words). Bed was comfortable and the location was great but the lack of soundproofing had me awake for majority of the nights here… couldn’t wait to go home and sleep!

Holiday Inn Sudbury, an IHG Hotel
Stayed here for one night travelling through! Front desk ladies were nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy, the travel size dove products in bathroom was amazing- much better than a hotel brand. Bathrooms aren’t very big but that wasn’t an issue for us. We also ate dinner in the restaurant located in the hotel. Food was DELICIOUS - fresh and the server whom was working alone (it was packed in the there with people) did an amazing job all by herself.
