Spoke to someone named Gary who cared more about playing with his hacky sacks than helping with my concerns.After asking how to maximize the battery life of my 7 month old Samsung S22 Ultra, Gary told me that the average person charges their smart phone every night. And that barely three days of standby is normal **which was previously four days**.Also telling me that you can't get more out of a phone battery

Levi was AMAZING. I came in to switch my phone from a different provider and he was so friendly, so thorough in explaining everything and knew exactly what he was talking about. He let us know about their offer for a free tablet and explained it completely so we could make the most informed decision. Though we didn’t need it in the end, he gave us all the information we needed in a no pressure way. He even was able to pull up notes on our home internet account left by another associate from a previous phone call we had with Rogers customer service - which we needed for our purchase. Those kinds of things usually get lost with larger companies. He then needed to make a phone call to customer service on our behalf regarding our account and he offered stools for us to sit on because it would take some extra time which I was so impressed by. I’ve never had someone offer me a stool to sit on in a store. Something so small of being able to rest my feet made my long day of errands so much more bearable. With Covid going on I know how hard it is to work in the public and he didn’t skip over taking care of us regardless. Thank you Levi for making our experience switching to Rogers wireless so pleasant, easy and smooth. I recommend anyone to work with Levi! He knows his stuff, went ABOVE an beyond, and will take care of you!! 5 star service at its finest!

Gary needs to learn how to properly address customers and learn what 6ft looks like. Retraining opportunity. “Dont come any closer”, while I was more than 8ft away inspecting a $100 accessory AFTER SANITIZING and being allowed in by another associate. Gary was with a cx and had no reason to address me. I came back later to ask about screen protectors but he kept trying to insert himself into the conversation. Past employee or not, you do not get to address me as rudely when I entered or came back. Let others sell - you don’t need to be the centre of attention. Would recommend Tim or Levi or the manager, Sima, over Gary for service, far more product knowledge and customer skills.

My dude Garry was amazing! Walked in sort of nervous about switching carriers as i was trying to avoid the hassle and million steps involved. Soon as i walked in Garry greeted me, asked what im interested in phone/plan wise and took over from there. The process took a little longer due to a few technical difficulties and also my drivers license being expired however Garry was extremely patient with both me & the customer support lady on the phone and all said and done i walked out with my new 13 pro max with a killer data plan all thanks to Garry making sure any issues i had were resolved! If you’re planning on visiting make sure to try and deal with him !

I’ve had poor experiences at Rogers in the past, and I can honestly say that Levi’s service today exceeded my expectations. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions needed to make my decision today. Walked out with a new Apple Watch and couldn’t be happier definitely going back to the Georgian mall Rogers for all my phone needs! Thank you levi!

Fantastic customer service from Levi and Gary! I’ve had poor experiences at Rogers in the past, and I can honestly say that Levi’s service today exceeded my expectations. He explained everything thoroughly and it was apparent he genuinely wanted to help with my phone upgrade. My mom also had a great experience with Gary upgrading her phone - it was months ago and the service was so memorable she still remembers his name. Today was the first time I walked out of Rogers feeling really satisfied with my service, I will keep coming back to the Georgian Mall because of this! Great work guys :)
