Lorval Condominiums

I have rent the unit 43, It was ok but always check the contract and get photographs from every place, the landlord will charge you for fixing the parts that you have never checked them before on the first day you came in, not recommend this building and unit 43

Cheap place to live however, the entire building is infested with German roaches and the management knows and isn't doing anything about the infestation. There is addicts and homeless people always trying to enter the building, and if people let them in accidently they can and will be evicted. Walls are extremely thin and therefore can hear your neighbors very clearly. People smoke in the hallways so the building smells like cigarettes. There is multiple landlords and owners of the apartments, parking is often sparse and hard to find especially during the weekend and nonbusiness hours (this is due to regulated parking times during business hours 8am-5pm) Washers take 2 loonies and dryers 1.50

The cockroaches are so bad, management is dragging their feet to do anything about it

Old building in a great location. It does not have much, but it has everything you need. Had no issues staying here.

Its an ok place to live, but there are a lot of sketchy people living here, hanging around outside, garbage in front of the building, and sirens at all times of the day.

Horrible conditions .Gross
