I wanted to buy a car and went to 4 other dealerships before coming to Best Ride. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Alex welcomed us and took the time to explain all of my possibilities and the difference between the cost of various cars. The car I chose was a rebuild but Alex was upfront and showed us all the necessary documents. We came on a Saturday, so we had to wait for the bank on the financing decision. I went home to wait and planned to come on Monday but as I got home, I got a call from Kevin, the banker and he graciously offered to pick me up at my home in Poco and drive me back to Surrey to pick up the car on the same day. I must say that Alex and team at Best Ride went definitely above and beyond of regular customer service. I felt really confident getting the car from them and I am very satisfied with all the services provided. I definitely recommend Best Ride for your next car purchase.

My parents and I actually stumbled on to their lot by accident and the first thing we noticed was the upkeep on all their cars. They were clean and polished inside and out and so was their office compared to the other dealerships we went to earlier. You can tell their cars are of good quality just by how clean and organized they keep their work environment. I was looking for a Nissan Versa for my baby and I and they had a white 2017 model that was spotless, even my parents were won over and they could be quite picky. The car was over our budget but we decided we rather pay a couple more thousand dollars than get a car within our budget and still not be completely satisfied and have to worry about future fixtures. Alex was accommodating, transparent and patient despite being very busy with other clients. It was also the Canada Day long weekend and all the banks were closed so our only option was to pay by credit and Alex waived the 2.5% fee and saved us hundreds of dollars! We decided we wouldn’t come across a better deal so we closed the deal and left very happy! We’re so happy we came across Best Ride! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

My car recently got rear ended and I needed to find a new (second hand) car ASAP! As I was searching online, I came across a post from Best Ride Auto Sales and found a nice 2010 Mazda 3 for a decent price considering the mileage and condition of the car! Although there were very minor issues with the car (such as dirty seats and needing extra polish), Alex (and the rest of his team) were happy to comply and assist in making sure that the car was in the best condition, and that we were fully happy with it before completing the deal!Alex was very kind and patient, but most importantly honest with us; which in my opinion is very important in this business/industry! If there was uncertainty about aspects of the car, reassurance was provided!Definitely will recommend this place to family and friends in the future if they are in search for a car :)

I recently purchased a 2011 Subaru outback from Best Ride and it was a great experience from start to end. Alex, the owner, was friendly, approachable, and very communicative in sharing any information he about the vehicle - both in advance and then during my visit to the dealership. I was a bit trepidatious about buying something with a rebuilt title, but after doing my homework on the vehicle (which was in excellent condition inside and out) and Best Ride as a dealership; Alex’s calm and reasonable approach to our discussions made me feel comfortable that I was making a good and informed decision. I’m really happy with the vehicle and appreciate the care that this business puts into ensuring their customers walk away with a solid vehicle and a good interaction.

Great customer service! I bought a Honda Civic from them, exactly what I was looking for. They made the whole process very easy. They are upfront about the car's history so you know what you are buying. Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a car.

Alex and his team are the best! They made my experience so easy and stress free. He was great at explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Even provided me with a free oil change! Overall great place, great people and would definitely use them again.

I thought everyone who gave a positive review to car salesman was a lie or fake until I met these guys. I bought a car from Alex, a 2018 Acura ILX. From the get go he was very knowledgable, answered all my questions & was a very pleasant to deal with. After I bought the car I noticed I didn't have a spare tire kit. Alex ordered 1 from Acura for me. $400. Free of charge as it should of had 1 one but I should of checked too. When I wasx driving on the hwy I noticed my ACC was not working correctly. First phone call kind went like this No problem sir
