Monasterio Sound Healing

I went to the last Full Moon Sound Bowl Healing last weekend with Nicole. I have been to other sound bowl healings before but not Nicole’s.I loved the chanting that we did at the beginning, the drumming and forks were amazing and the sound bowls really took me somewhere far away. This was my first event since Covid and it was such a wonderful feeling to have such a powerful event with like minded people. The Thai massage just topped it off. I was made to feel so welcome and signed up for the next one as soon as it came available. I would highly recommended Monesterio Sound Healing! ❤️

I can't Rave about Montasterio Sound Healing enough. The first time I met Nicole, she performed drumming for a circle of women, but individually. She stood in front of us one at a time and matched her drum to our energy. It was very personalized. The second time I met het, she did a sound bath. Both times she introduced us to HUMMING. I have used humming since as a tool for healing as this is what Nicole teaches. A couple weeks ago, I had THE MOST POWERFUL experience with Nicole. We both attended a Goddess Empower Dance Night. Nicole was led the group through two songs. These were songs that Nicole had created. With her knowledge of music, it was no surprise to me that the songs were incredibly tantalizing. She, once again, had us humming like bees. We all moved the way our body felt was most wanted and released energy over and over again. Together grounding ourselves to the Earth while generating a HEALING vibration as a group. I can still feel the buzz of energy we created together that night. My family has noticed as a shift in me ever since I returned. I know we did something special that night. If you have any interest in participating in an event with Nicole, expect to feel just as grateful as I do. You will absolutely remember this experience and be glad that you said yes to Montasterio Sound Healing!Side Note: Nicole as a person is both gentle and strong. She has a presence when she walks into the room. She loves every person and honours them as they are. When you are around her you will feel that safety to open up in whatever way you feel ready for.
