Came all the way to Sicamous to repair my washer. They scheduled a repair, and gave me the timeframe in which he would show up. He was right on time. Unfortunately it was unrepairable, they didn't charge me for checking it out. Thanks!

If you have a problem don't bother calling to get it fixed. $100 service call when it could have been diagnosed over the phone. To fix a burner on my stove turned out to be well over $400. I could have bought a new stove for slightly more. Hard to digest when you are expecting about $100 less. He did fix the problem though.

So this man comes to the house to look at our fridge. He asks if our fridge is a LG and we said no he heavy sighed. Asked if the compressor was working and packed up and said it wasn't worth fixing. Personality of an old work boot

I called another technician twice and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. He came out within a couple of days to fix my two fridges. One was beyond hope, but the other he fixed and one year later it is going with no problems. What was even better, he fixed my oven door for free, even though it was not why he came out. I was quite appreciative and gave him goodies. Would definitely use him again.
