If I could give 10/5 I absolutely would! I went to see Cassandra after having an unfortunate incident at another salon, they had cut terrible layers into my hair. Cassandra was able to save my length and blended out the layers to make them look seamless. I was terrified to go to a new salon after my last experience but Cassandra talked me through the process and helped to put me at ease. I cannot express the gratitude that I feel. THANK YOU!

I feel like a star every time I am in Cassandra’s chair! From the consults, hair treatments, warm towels, perfect cuts to the best products, hair care and home tips, I am NEVER disappointed and always feel like I am getting the star treatment from a world renowned hairdresser! The expertise and knowledge on all things hair is always evident. At my last visit, Cassandra gave me the most beautiful custom 20” weft hair extensions and I am in love. The length, colour match and install is perfect! I left feeling confident in how I looked and how to properly care for/style them. I would highly recommend!

I'm so in love with my hair ever since I started going to Black Rose Beauty. Cassandra is the master of creative colour!! I literally can't go anywhere without people complementing my purple hair. I also always wanted to get hair extensions but was nervous about the process and the upkeep, but Cassandra has made the process so easy. And now I love my hair even more! She is very knowledgeable about hair extension installation and is always great with answering all my questions about the process and how to keep my hair & extensions healthy! Cassandra is also an amazing human, and she makes everyone feel welcome in her shop. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now. :)

Cassandra was amazing and so knowledgeable about the process and the products. They walked me through how to look after my hair properly and they are just a lovely human and they have created an amazing space for their clients.I felt so wonderful leaving there and have gotten so many compliments on my hair!Would recommend!

I have been going to Cass for numerous years and never once have I been disappointed with her talent. She has made several recommendations in terms of colouring, cutting and styling my hair that have turned out with stupendous results.

Highly recommend Cassandra of Black Rose Beauty Lounge. I have naturally long thick curly hair and she really took her time to probably dry cut and shape my hair just how I had described to her. She uses premium products that smell amazing and left my hair incredible soft and shiny. She’s very knowledgeable about hair and obviously has a passion for what she does.Overall, extremely satisfied with my cut! Will definitely be going back

I am super late to writing this review, but late last year I had my first appointment with Cassandra from Black Rose Beauty Lounge and had a wonderful experience! Would absolutely recommend visiting her, she's a hair witch (a good witch obviously) who made me feel reborn and beautiful after months of feeling a mess, largely due to my hair and early quarantine self bleaching adventure. Cassandra's services were very easy to find and book, with email appointment reminders which were very helpful for me. Cassandra is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and hard working while also creating a very fun and comfortable environment. Cassandra transformed my mess of a hair style, explained the process of getting it to where I wanted it (being this realistic and honest was refreshing so I knew what to expect) and she stocked me up with products that I have fallen in love with. Cassandra took the time to explain these products to me, their benefits, the science behind them and how to use them and apply them to my hair to get the best results for my hair and desired look. This attention was greatly appreciated as I felt informed and empowered to take care of my hair and not at all pushed to buy these products. Cassandra also offered me a variety of options/price points for what we could do to achieve my desired look but also stay within my budget which was also very appreciated! Oh and I got a Black Rose Beauty Lounge tote bag, because I love a good tote, and this one is the best! It's huge and I use it ALL the time, so definitely checkout her merchandise as well. Cannot wait for my next appointment with Cassandra, 11/10 would recommend!

I adore Cassandra as a human, and think they create magic with hair! I can trust them to figure out with me what exactly it is I want and it’s always worth every penny. Highly recommend their services to all folks!
