Service not stellar since RBC got involved. Every year I have to chase them to get my payments started despite having called them to get info on my rollover to a new a new plan. Payments were to start on Jan. 20th didn’t happen as promised!18 year customer may be looking for a new investment firm next week!!!I called on the 21st and the phone just rings continuously, not even a voice mail any longer? WTH
