I have accounts with several institutions and the customer service as a whole from Scotia is bar far the worst. I would steer clear of these guys as many better options exist.

Can only speak to the counter service at this location and it has always been friendly and helpful. Any questions or services I've needed have been answered or completed to my satisfaction. Would give 5 stars but only one ATM machine option here.
