Maitland Family Dental

I can't honestly say that I enjoy going to the dentist, but I find the staff at Maitland Family Dental to be extremely accommodating and kind. Friendly faces and greetings begin the moment you step in the door and continue throughout the entire process. The girls at the front desk are always so congenial, the dentists themselves are kind, caring and very capable, the hygienists and dental assistants are understanding and offer compassion and empathy. Dr. Han has been so great to me on several occasions and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Lui popped in at the end of my procedure with Dr. Han to see how I was doing. Seriously, I dread going to the dentist, but since we have to go, it may as well be someplace where the company is good. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Awesome staff always try to get in for emergencies or regular maintenance dentists accommodate all kinds of problems and stand by their work.

Put black stuff on my son's teeth that made them rot faster and then finally filled them,but the teeth still look black, and not long after they started breaking. Don't like taking my kids to the dentist because I'm afraid they're just going to make them worse yet then what they were before I toke them to the dentist

I had two teeth needing repair . After a short consultation a plan was put in place and work began. They listen to your concerns with no up- selling or extra charges. A busy , high volume dental office but no wonder, they are the best . Highly recommended

I used to be happy with the service I recieved, having gone to this dentist my whole life but since covid it has been a nightmare. I tried for a year and half to have an appoinment and they kept cancelling on me. They have put extra, not necessary, rules in place in their office. Like, they will no longer see kids under 6. Why? And they will only book two months in advance. They give you the impression these are public health guidelines they are following. They are not. I've taken my business elsewhere and the new dentist will see my kids and book my next appoinment 6 months down the road.
