Absolute joke! Ordered a wrap and this is what they gave. Is it a sandwich or a wrap? In which world , a wrap is 2 inches? I try not to order at this place since they make everything wrong. No matter if its a drink or food. But I work nearby so sometimes I have to and its really bad service always.

Due to the Kenaston Tim’s being an absolute joke, I decided to try this location again. I have come here between meal times and had a good experience! Today I came during lunch & it was a wee bit stressful. I forgot it’s dine in/take out which isn’t a problem. I’m so grateful I arrived before the high school lunch rush. It’s exceptionally loud & overpopulated, no surprise they have security. I was impressed the line was very quick and efficient and the staff were pleasant, not to mention the selection was well stocked with fresh goods! I received the correct order within a reasonable time frame. Only reason I did not rate this location 5 stars was because my water and knife were forgotten in my order, so I needed to remind staff. I would suggest eating elsewhere if you want to enjoy some peace lol. Be friendly to the staff, their job must be stressful! Overall great experience :)

Store needs cleaning. Wifi is not working.Waiting at ordering desk more than 3 mins. Washroom is in worse condition as usual. Door remains open always. No lock from inside in washroom.

Looks like they are short on staff. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare 2 wraps. All their ingredients were out. So they had open new packs. But then all my meals were cold.And they forgot to prepare my coffee as I had ordered it.

It was good. Miss the times when they were 24 hours in seating and drive through. Would like to see that come back. COVID is here to stay. We may as well go back to normal.May 5th, 2023. Getting disappointed with this location, 10:15 pm. 3 donuts, 8 chocolate Tim bits, and 15 smile cookies. That's it for product. I realize they close at 11:00 pm, but still. The place had enough walk-in traffic that they should have had more product. They probably lost a couple hundred in business in the 30 minutes of people walking in and out.

Tends to be quite busy with an after school rush. Dirty and loud as a result. Service was fast and freindly and accurate from people behind the counter.

This was literally the most dirty tim hortons I've ever been in!Two washrooms, one had urine all over the seat and floors! Soap empty.Went to second washroom instead, not much cleaner, but toilet wasn't horrible. Did my business to find no toilet paper . Went to tell employee, she turned to someone else, spoke in foreign language to them. No idea what was said .Will not return

Update - This location need a customer service overhaul. They are cutting corners, serving less quantity of drink,They are creating their own Tim standard :).UPDATED after 2 years. Not much change since....Longest wait time, not recommended.Better prepared in advance for a standard response from all employees we always make fresh" as an excuse of missing items in the aisles.No matter what time of day or night you visit

One of the dirtiest Tims I have seen. Tables are not cleaned and you have to clean it yourself. Floor is full of litter. Management needs to do a better job. Fine as a grab and go.

Stopped for a coffee date with my wife.She had to wash the toilet seat with soap and water.Line up nearly out the door. Only 2 people working. Both drinks tasted gross. Cashier made my sandwich after touching money without changing gloves.My frozen lemonade tasted like horse radish and was really really bad.Lots of swearing and yelling kids.Will not come back.Trash cans were overflowing when we went to throw out our drinks. Couldn't put them in the can.To management: Do better. Two people can't maintain a clean store during a rush while properly preparing food.
