Moved to the Island from the Lower Mainland and attic work done followed by the need for insulation. Three months ahead we had everything booked with another company who backed out with less than a weeks notice. I began construction of my first new build about a year ago and I have been experiencing issues in dealing with many tradesmen on the island. While looking for an insulation provider, I stumbled across Jesse's company. My first telephone call was solely by accident and not referral. I was greeted pleasantly by a young fellow named Jessee, who I believe is the owner of the company. Jessee was honest, transparent and even offered to come by the same day to look at my home and provide a quotation. Jessee arrived shortly later and provided a very thorough explanation of the services rendered by his company and even pointed out a few flaws by other tradesmen. I found the experience to be way above average as compared to my dealings with others. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the quality of said work was superior. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Jesse and his team. Pleasant, casual, up to par. Due to the service provided by Jesse, I recommended him to a few friends who also used him for insulation and they were beyond happy. Keep up the good work Jesse!

The guys with topfill are probably the best tradespeople I've encountered so far during my renovations. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clear and communicative and discussed the best solutions to trickier areas for installing insulation and vapor-barrier in the space. They were fast and did a good job cleaning up left-over waste from the job. The inspector from Saanich was also impressed and happy with their work.

Jesse and his team at Top Fill did a wonderful job in our home throughout our renovation project. They went above and beyond when it came to reinsulating exterior walls to soundproofing to filling the attic where new work was done and to upgrade the whole space.They are responsive and courteous, and took great care when bringing their equipment through the house to blow insulation into the attic -- they treated our place like their own.We'll definitely give them a call back when it comes to the next thing we need to insulate.
