I had some bed experiences with homedepot, so I turned to these guys for an alternative solution. The guy who picked up the phone became very irritated when I mentioned homedepot. I kept telling him this has nothing to do with homedepot, but he kept on ranting. Eventually he told me to “sort it out with homedepot. I’m not interested” and hung up. Very disrespectful and not helpful at all.

the wand mechanism broke on my vertical blinds that i bought from home depot so i called them to see about a replacement part and they said they don't carry parts so i would have to go online to find the parts, so i called donna at blinds kelowna to see if they carried any parts and she said they would have to know what make and any other info i could give her. i had all the info on the top rail that i sent her and she phoned me back and informed me there was a five year warranty on the brand of blinds i bought and she order the parts for me which are all under warranty which i appreciate very much. I am disappointed that home depot did not inform me of this or even try to help at all I will deal with kelowna blinds for any further purchases thanks Donna. Anyone looking to purchase blinds now or in the future i would definitely recommend Kelowna Blinds
