Derek has been servicing our computers for twenty years and he always solves our trickiest, glitchiest problems quickly and efficiently. Today I called him at 3:30 with an annoying email challenge, expecting to make an appointment to have it looked at within the next day or so. Instead, he got right on it and had my whole system up and running smoothly by 5:30. Over the years Derek has rescued us from many serious messes and it has been such a comfort to know he's always there to help keep our businesses operating without interruptions. I can't recommend Derek's services highly enough -- nor can I imagine where our businesses would be without his support and expertise for all these years.

We dropped our grandson’s PS4 off for diagnostics on Easter Weekend. Derek Bennett promised by Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest he would have answers for us and be in touch. Our daughter and I reached out to him by phone (voicemail full), by text and even Facebook messenger. I was finally able to talk to him April 28. He had no solution or answers.I told him I would like to pick it up. He was away and coming home late that night, he would need to rest and could I call first was his response. We decided to leave it till Saturday. Again, we called, no response, we went to his place, no answer. We reached out by text and Facebook messenger and heard from him (finally)a day later. The response was not nice! He ended up leaving it on his porch. His lack of professionalism is very sad.Thus leading me to post my first ever negative review.

My desktop computer was running slow and the display driver kept shutting down, I figured that i have to buy a new laptop with new Windows as Windows 7 is not supported anymore and i did ,now time to transfer the file,On the morning i started the desktop but so called blue death screen come up and there was no way to boot up tried many thing till Georgetown guys referred me Bennett.I contacted him and his sense of urgency and service is amazing.I dropped both desktop and laptop and in my mind that it is not easy for him,but he has proven to me that he is knowledgeable ,professional and trustworthy. Will definitely use his services again. Thanks Derek!

I have not dealt with Mr. Bennett personally, my mom has used him for a few computer issues in the past and she has recommended him to a family members and friends. Recently, she consulted him to help her remotely. She is a senior (80!), not tech savvy but able to use her iPhone and various apps with relative ease. Someone hacked one of her social media accounts and she can’t recover it. Derek tried to help her, but she wasn’t able to follow along and he said some things that led her to believe that he was frustrated with her and he also commented on the amount of time he spent on the phone with her and that she wasn’t tech savvy enough to fix the problem. She was overwhelmed and humiliated by his comments. I understand that time is money, but the moment Mr. Bennett realized that this remote ‘support’ wasn’t working, he should have opted to politely end the call or make a suggestion for a different type of service. No matter what excuse Mr. Bennett responds to this review with, there is no excuse for being condescending and rude to a customer, particularly a senior citizen.

I've known Derek for several years now, and he has graciously answered my questions over the years, as a Friend. I needed some service work done and am pleased with the thoroughness of his work. My laptop is upgraded to Windows 10 and running like it is new out of the box. Thanks Derek for a great experience.

Derek is phenomenal with knowledge, speed and quality of service when it comes to IT.I brought my gaming rig to him to remove my cpu heat sink and add two new 16gb ram sticks to the slots underneath. Now my old ram sticks were only 8gb and of a completely different brand. Even after I was told that was I possible to run in my rig by the guys who built it, Derek got everything to work just fine. Ontop of that he fully cleaned my hardware and installed some software I didn't even know existed to speed up my rig and make it run games way smoother. ALL OF THIS DONE IN UNDER 4 HOURS. 100% 10/10 service, will deffinitly be returning for more work.

Derek was super friendly, helpful and speedy. My MacBook kept crashing during video calls. Before an appointment was even scheduled, he took the time to provide me online support with my MacBook. Once I made an appointment with Derek, it was a quick 2 days and now I have a working MacBook again! Thanks so much!

I was in a bind with my iPhone, about to leave for the long weekend with my Husband up North and my phone was on the fritz. Wouldn’t turn on for 15 mins, missing my entire contact list, apps completely gone, email a mess, you name it. Derek is a magician with his knowledge and I still can’t believe my phone is fixed thanks to him. Not only did he walk me through the steps, he did so in such a calm and easy manner that my mind was completely at ease. Step by step he made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed as I sought assistance remotely. Quickly and effectively the problems were solved. I am so incredibly thankful for Derek and will happily refer this business and seek help again if ever needed. One of the nicest guys in IT I’ve ever interacted with. Very pleased.
