The women that made my sub - Steak & Cheese toasted with onions and green pepper's spinach cucumber and pickles with parm cheese salt and pepper was absolutely delicious.... thank you saint john nb north end subway. She was very friendly and helpful. Good vibes.

Don't order off of any websites to get your Subway to delivered to you because the store does not care what you get or how they make your sandwich they'll put certain things on big clumps they'll put only one line of sauce sometimes they won't even give you the right sub fully in general give you everything you didn't ask for horrible experience multiple times and I tried to call called three times no answers

Terrible customer service. She heard my order incorrectly and gave me a wrong one. I understand sometimes it is hard to communicate with mask. However, when I told her it was not my order, she responded like she did nothing wrong. If she said sorry and gave some explanation, it could be fine with me. But now...I feel very upset.

To echo another poster on here this subway is wildly inconsistent. The most recent issue I had was when the gentleman preparing the subs for me and my partner was continually touching his turban/hair/headset/radio buttons/waist and then with the same gloves when back to touching the food and applying the veggies etc. I understand he was busy but it grossed us out enough we ended up throwing away $25.45 worth of subs. The owner, Jason seeley assured that it would be addressed and friendly as he is I felt compelled to post this review since we are out that $25 of food when regularly going to this location up to three times or more a week. I might go back someday but going to take a break for now. We should have been offered a replacement sun for the issue. The guy preparing the subs was nice enough but needs coaching of which the owner seemed to indicate would happen but we are out $25 and subs are expensive $$$ these days. Probably won’t go back which is a shame because they were otherwise decent as not all subways are the same. Anyways, I always put 1 star to get the review noticed because of the numerous “false” 5 star reviews driving up the average - common issue on google review. If subway did more to make things right with the customer immediately then I could easily justify a 3 to 4 star rating. In the past I had fruit flies in several sandwiches but realized most complaints are just acknowledged at best and I’m told how great subway is compared to other franchisees. When it costs me $13 per sub on average I expect more than a simple acknowledgment. I have rarely complained but felt it was important to add my thoughts and feelings here. All the best!

Such a great experience. Great food and quality customer service . I went to the store around 8 pm and it was super busy. The two staffs were great in customer service and they make sandwiches way faster than any store I have ever been to. The dine-in closed at 7 was the only concern, it is okay. Overall really satisfied with the service.

I came through with a friend. 5 minutes ago; not a great experience. Except the woman on cash. She was very nice and personable. Girl Making the sandwiches was not great. Didn't listen and wouldn't allow me to have my lettuce and on the side. *so I can save some of it for tmr to add to my sub ... cause it goes soggy* I didn't want extra lettuce. I just wanted the lettuce on the side...... she said she had to charge me for a sandwich and a salad! I eat subway All the time. Veggies go on, sauce goes on, ask for the lettuce on the side!!I won't be returning!

The subway on Lansdowne ave had the most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced.we were in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes just waiting for our order to be taken, she didn’t upswell anything ,didn’t ask us anything about what we wanted,her attitude made me want to leave before we even got to the window. I’m surprised we even got what we ordered after repeating ourselves multiple times because she clearly couldn’t care less.
