Hadn't been to view anything at the auction and on a whim stopped in. Found matching pieces to my heirloom dinnerware. Staff was incredibly helpful walking me through the online bidding system. Ending up having Lund's people do the bidding for me - saves 5% :). Jacqueline is super helpful and also organized loading up my vehicle. Keep up the excellent customer service!!

SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICEI went to pay and pick up an item I won at the auction via their online portal last week. I was unable to pick up the items last week as I was working but the lady I spoke with on the phone told me to come in on Monday to pay and pick it up.I arrived at the storefront around 11am Monday and waited by the counter to pay as another customer spoke to one of the employees. I eventually made my way to the counter and there was a man and women working on a computer I said I was there to pick up and pay for an item. And right away the man said he was busy and wasn't going to be able to help me. The women stepped forwards to help me and the man told her not to help me and for me to wait. I said it looks like your coworker is helping me not you and he got very upset saying she wont be able to help you". I told him I am fine to wait but you are being very rude right now - which made this man rather upset and he told me they might not even be able to help me today.This was my first time purchasing from Lunds and will be my last. It is 2023 the fact I was unable to pay online is madness. Then to show up looking to pay and be told it's the wrong time. This man didn't know if I was there to pay $100 or $10 000. It's his world and we're just living in it. They may be the only auction house in town at this point but I can and will spend my money elsewhere."

Have had the opportunity of dealing with Peter Boyle and Lunds Auctions of Victoria and find their business very professional. They always seem to represent their client base to the best of their abilities. Always new and exciting inventory at their auctions and definitely worth checking out for some awesome merchandise and great finds.

We've been dealing with Lunds to buy and sell for 16 years and we've always had wonderful service. Going to the auctions is a lot of fun ... and you can always walk away with a treasure. When we've done big moves, it's been great to get some decent money for the large artworks we couldn't take with us. Lunds has a wonderful Fine Art auction and other specialty auctions that have provided my wife and me with lots of good memories. A big thank you to Lunds from Terry and Carole. : )

Lund’s online auction is not trustworthy. The end bids displayed online are often not honoured the next day - Lunds stating that “online was incorrect”. Not acceptable. I can not trust Lunds online and therefore I will not be bidding online with them again

Amazing staff, few years back I ran into some money issues. I went to Lunds to try and sell some prints, unfortunately they couldn't buy them off me, but a friendly staff member gave me some money for cat food anyways. thanks again, I still haven't forgotten your kindness!

I find these people very willing to help and extremely friendly. Their items are lovely and well described. I wish It lived in Victoria to be at all their auctions ...but then I would only get myself in trouble. So many nice things on my a regular basis.

Excellent result from Lunds , items I sold through them were well presented in the catalogue placed in the appropriate auction and sold for a price way beyond my expectation. Thanks Peter" et al

IMPORTANT ! I was dealing with Lunds for several years then starting about 2 years ago I started having problems with Lunds. They lost items that I had on consignment. Damaged items I had on consignment. In my opinion if you want to buy something that might be fine. But if you want to sell something you're really taking a chance. I deal with hundreds of auction houses around the world and this is one I would avoid at all costs.
