N'achetez pas dans ce concessionaire stihl!!!Ils n'honorent pas les spéciaux de circulaires qu'ils envoient sous prétexte probablement bidon" d'un rappel au prix régulier de la compagnie!! Mais tout les autres concessionaires sont au prix en spécial!! Tout ca en vous envoyant promener avec arrogance! J'aime mieux me déplacer pour donner mon argent a une entreprise honnête avec un service plus profesionnel."

3 ans après ma première location je suis revenu ayant était très satisfait.Les machines sont toujours parfaites, l’accueil très sympathique, mais apprendre à mon retour que je dois payer 172$ pour 15 min de retard après 48h de location (en ayant prévenu de mon retard par téléphone) c’est vraiment pas correct. J’aurais espéré un geste commercial après avoir payé 2680$ de location!3 years after my first rental I came back having been very satisfied.The machines are always perfect, the welcome very friendly, but learning on my return that I have to pay $172 for 15 minutes late after 48 hours of rental (having warned of my delay by phone) is really not correct. I would have hoped for a commercial gesture after paying $2680 for rental!

Interesting store for all sorts of outdoor related gear. Great fishing tackle and camping stuff but also a full Stihl dealer with many machines on display. I bought an Oregon wood splitter from them and it was promptly delivered and pre-tested to be in working order on delivery. I am pleased with the service here.

A éviter, très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons réservés 2 motoneiges plus un guide pour la journée plusieurs semaines à l'avance (900 dollars au total). Le jour de la sortie nous avons fait plusieurs heures de route pour nous rendre à Tremblant faire cette activité, arrivé sur place a 8h30 du matin, on nous annonce que les sorties sont annulées car il n'y a pas assez de neige. Renseignements pris le manque de neige ne datait pas d'hier...Le responsable n'a pas pris la peine de nous avertir. Nous avons donc passez quatres heures sur la route pour rien, économisé sur le reste du séjour pour pouvoir s'offrir cette sortie pour rien.L'excuse du gérant est qu'il n'avait pas noté notre numéro mail ou notre courriel pour nous prevenir, uniquement notre carte de credit... Manque de professionalisme de la part de ce fournisseur.

Fantastic experience! The groomed trails are truly incredible and you get to explore so many different landscapes (towns, forest, hilly powerline trails, across lakes etc.). We did the full day excursion and rode the 62km trail to Labelle, stopped for lunch at La Gare Auberge Restaurant Bar (they had amazing pizza and hot chocolate and the snowmobile trail goes right to their location), then headed back to Mont Tremblant. The trails are incredibly well-marked and well-groomed.Defi Sport provides the winter coveralls, helmet, mitts and boots. All very warm, except for the helmet. We opted to buy balaclavas and thank god we did. It was -30C in the morning so we also used hand warming packets to keep warm. Price is much cheaper than other snowmobile rentals in Tremblant. We also liked that they don't charge extra per passenger!Overall the experience was 5 stars, and the highlight of our holiday in Tremblant. We are already planning a 2-day snowmobile trip for next year! Thanks for the amazing experience Defi Sport!! :)

I have had a business account with this company for several years. Yesterday I went in to purchase some items and inquired about bringing in all my machinery to get tuned up and when I went to the cash to put the purchases on my account the receptionist (no sense of customer service) said it must be paid immediately. According to her when the new owners took over they apparently flushed all the accounts. This is ridiculous, it seems when you buy a business the clients transfers over just like Miller did with superior propane (no troubles there), I guess this company is doing the opposite. It’s a shame since I buy a lot of lawn products but I guess I have no choice to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent machines and service. Olivier had the machines ready to run each morning. This is a great area to do day loop trips . My son and I had a great trip thanks to this great rental experience.

Rented skidoos today for 3h with guide. Guilaume took use all the way to the lake of the 16 islands north of St.Adolphe-des-Howard. Great ride! Thank you.You have two choices - reserve for a particular day but then you have to go no matter what (reservation fee is bot returnable).Or you gamble and show up the particular day.
