Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning

They are the most irresponsible company I have ever worked with! They give you a bill after installations. Had someone staying at house while they installed new furnace. We I got home a few days later turned furnace on sounded like a jet flying over. Called them so many times before they finally responded. In addition to using my old thermostat. Stated I needed duct work replaced and that he was too old to do it and in order for it to work correctly he has a handy man that does for him. I left them a open check started off with a quote of 6,700.00 they wrote check for $6,900 plus than a balance still due of $187.00. Contractor came out fixed duct work that was to be another 1,200.00 dollars and felt bad charging me because of how system was handled.Went to turn AC on this week and doesn’t work have called 7 times so far won’t return calls so I still have no AC going into summer! This will be going to court in addition to showing up there twice and they won’t answer door… DONT USE THEM your job will never be completed! Durban e was 2,350,00 online when asked about an itemized statement she responded the rest was all labor! Also they brought there dog which tore up my new door!!Talk about taking advantage of a trusting Widow!!!Bottom line don’t ever feel so secure with someone that you feel you can trust them! They need to change their name, they have no integrity

I have found few people that have the knowledge this guy has. I have been having a furnace problem since we moved into our house (4 years ago) I called Integrity they came out and fixed the problem in no time. I told him that i couldn't believe he got it fixed so quickly. He smiled and said that is what a college education will do for you. I now have formed the opinion that heaters are more complicated than they used to be.

They dont understand basic traffic laws. The lady in the office has the worst attitude and shows no Integrity what so ever!!! They place stuff on other properties and block emergency right of ways!! Thr only people giving 5 stars are their personal friends. Absolutely no Integrity

Very friendly! Has lots of stories and seems really knowledgeable about furnaces. The part that was installed wasn't the fix, it was a rewiring problem that took 5 minutes. Disappointed that wasn't tried first. The installed part was $18 online with a total bill for $179. Get an estimate!

We have called this business several times to service both our heating and our air conditioning unit. They are have always been very proficient and timely. Truly a professional service company with quality work!! I would not hesitate to call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who has heating or air conditioning needs.

they will steal from you!!!! they came in and installed a broken part, charge you for it then tell you that its your whole system that needs replaced, and try to charge you thousands of dollars when it was the original part they falsely repaired or replaced. DO NOT GO TO THEM, THEY MAKE A BUSINESS OFF OF STEALING FROM ELDERLY AND SINGLE PARENTS.

I have gone to integrity heating after trying many other shops in the area and found that they are superior in service and knowledge comparatively to anybody else i have dealt with. I was also impressed they employed a woman as their apprentice.

Seems very knowledgeable and was friendly. However when we called on him again he never showed up. We called the office and were told he'd be here the next day. Didn't show up again. Had to call another company to come out the next week. Unfortunately we won't be calling on them again.

Rich and his daughter were so great to work with. They fixed my furnace problem and cleaned the filter...in under an hour! I was so gratified by their reasonable charges.

they charged me for fake parts then tried to overcharge me to replace an entire system that wasnt broke. was only appearing not to work after they pretended to fix it. Wanting to charge me $10,000.I called for a 2nd opinion and the guy replaced the bad part Integrity installed and the guy that repaired my unit for $120 said Inegrity was making alot of work for him because he was having to go around town and replace alot of the work they did. He found a consistency in false repairs in elderly helpless woman.Integrity still tried to charge me $300 for falsly fixing the unit. they are a huge SCAM!
