I called Zee as all of my files were trapped on an older laptop that would no longer start up. He tried to guide me on the phone but when it was clear that it was not going to work he scheduled an appointment to come fix my problem the next day which was his day off. He moved all my files to my new laptop, removed my hard drive and offered to take the old laptop to recycling. In addition, he noticed bloatware slowing down my computer and cleaned it up for me.He is very generous with his time and knowledge.
