Dr. Jill C. Kowalczyk

Dr. Kowalczyk is really nice and listens patiently, however her receptionist is rude as hell. Each and every time I deal with her talks down to you as if she is talking to an idiot. A little friendliness and talking nicely will go a long way.

Dr Kowalczyk is very professional,friendly and patient, both when seeing a patient and doing operation. The clinical assistant also a pretty nice lady. Great thanks for their services!

Dr. jill is my life saver. She is very kind and explain all the factors to me and arrange surgery for me asap. Also the receptionist Wendy is helpful and nice too! I am thankful to have Dr. jill as my specialist!

Dr Jill Kowalczyk is a 5 star doctor and deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Those that gave her 1* because of her receptionist are so unfair. The reviews are for DR JILL! She is an amazing doctor. Very sweet and compassionate. She listens intently and cares about you. I saw her in 2019 throughout my pregnancy and she was beyond amazing compared to any other doctor I saw. The receptionist back then was also a Chinese lady- I’m not sure if it’s the same one as these reviews are saying but she was kind and attentive while doing a million things at once at her busy clinic. I highly recommend her!

On May 17th, I finally got appointment with Dr. Jill Kowalczyk, I arrived their clinic early , the Chinese font desk lady treated me rude and no patience at all. But the whole visit with Dr. Jill Kowalczyk was nice and very comforting . Dr.Jill Kowalczyk told me I could expect result in half a month since then. On June 24th I finally got a phone call ( without call display number ), I told the lady in the phone that I don’t understand English well, they can speak Chinese or call my sister in stead, the lady said she was going to call my sister. But since all phone calls are during working hours, my sister missed the call , and can’t call them back because there was no number displayed . I did get the call but I didn’t quite understand what they said in English. ( I assume Dr. Jill Kowalczyk hired this Chinese receptionist in order to serve clients who don’t understand English better ) It comes to June 28th that I missed a call again, since it was still during working hours. My sister got the call from this Chinese receptionist, she blamed on us that we didn´t answer phone calls during our working hour, which was missed two times by my sister, and again there was no call display that my sister couldn´t call her back. This Chinese receptionist blamed on my sister on setter no call displayed, which was nonsense, its always the caller who set no call display, not the call receiver. Dr.Jill Kowalczyk deserve a 5 star for her attitude and profession. But this Chinese receptionist didn´t give patients any warm or comforting feel, but moe hurts from her rude on patients. So I will give a 0 star on this clinic because of this receptionist.

All the doctors are amazing, but the chinese old receptionist is extremely rude!!! Go back to school for your manners!! And you should quit your job if you dont want talking to patients!! Just retire or quit!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Kowalczyk is caring and thorough and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help me, took time to explain and made sure I understood. I really felt her care. Thank you!

Dr. Kowalczyk is an amazing doctor! But I agree with all about the rude and impatient receptionist! My experience with her was also really disappointing. We are here for medical treatment and not her attitude. The five stars are for Dr. Kowalczyk not the Receptionist.

I had the best experience with Dr Jill Kowalczyk. She is incredibly nice, kind and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I was referred to her. My surgery was successful and my recovery has been great as well. She is an amazing doctor with a beautiful heart.
