I went there with a beautiful highlighted hair and asked to be a blonde!They damaged my hair. I got a rainbow in my hair and all different colours you can imagine.Not satisfied client

I got my eyebrows done and I specifically asked for a clean up and not to make it thin. The person who helped me ended up taking away 50% of my eyebrows. I am left with thinner eyebrows and it does not look good on me. I have to wait for up to 4 weeks to regrow my eyebrows. So I do not recommend this place and won't ever come back. The person who helped me admitted she removed more than she should have and she wasn't apologetic. Therefore my critical review is warranted here.

Third time back for colour/cut and threading with Minacshi and I'm beyond happy! Minacshi has always been incredible at figuring out what I'm after and is creatively so talented! Her suggestions have always turned out awesome when I've been less than exact about what I want. Not to mention she's the stylist who fixed my colour issues after I'd made a poor choice. I'm grateful to her for her patience and skill and will highly recommend her and this gem of a salon!

Very nice place and friendly staff. Whenever I go there they do exactly what I want and always give me great results. I look forward to going back to them.They are the best in town for sure. Must visit place.

Went here because I saw the reviews. I had the same lady all the 3 times I went. It was good! But the last time I went she was SO distracted and I said I want to keep my length and she kept cutting and gave me short layers. She kept looking over at other people and looked so exhausted. I did like them but now I can't trust them. Maybe it was just a bad day..

Just visited this place for a haircut, which was done by a hairstylist called Ash. I never had a barber with hands so light and smooth. She was extremely great with her assessment, styling and suggestions. I would very highly recommend her.

I got my balayage done at Roots Hair & Esthetics and they did such a wonderful job!! I booked for a session with Sabi, and she was so patient, considerate, and helpful during the entire process!! I showed her my inspo pic and she gave me recommendations as to which colours can best match my choice, and she listened to exactly what I had in mind. She did such a beautiful job, I absolutely love how my hair turned out!! I'd highly recommend coming to this salon!!

You'll need to go to Mississauga if you're looking for one of those cheap Chinese discount places, however, at $25 for a men's haircut, this is definitely one of the better options in Oakville. With tax that comes to $28, roughly double what you'd pay in a cheaper place, but the quality of the cut is also much better. The stylists are friendly and take their time with you.
