Amazing Rehearsal Space!This spot is great, it's clean, extremely well equipped and reasonably priced for the service provided. The owner Peter, is kind and great to rent from. He really puts in the time to make sure renters enjoy their experience there, and it shows!I would definitely recommend this spot to all bands looking for a Jam spot, the Jam Barn does not disappoint!

Great Jam space, good service, very clean and well maintained. The equipment does not fail any expectations. No stress with the time, just a really good atmosphere for writing music. The man in charge is a professional Luthier.

This place had nice equipment but could use a better set up. The drum shield makes it impossible to hear any of the amps and the room needs more dampening. Carpet would be nice to absorb some of the bass and the rest of the band. We wasted a lot of time trying to get to the point of hearing each other. The bleed between rooms is why I give it a 2 star, we found it difficult to rehearse without wanted to join in on the music being played in the next room. (it was that clear and loud) the ceiling is metal and the bleed makes rehearsal impossible. The stairs are a killer especially the top one if you are not paying attention.

Really clean and well set up. Lots of room. Found the bleed between the rooms was a little much though.
