Made an appointment to install winter tires that I bought online and they would not install them because I did not buy at their store. Wasted my time and now need to find another garage. They should let you know when you make an appointment. Very disappointed.

Unless you plan to buy new tires from them don't go here. They will not change your tires if they are used . So I just wasted a lot of my time.To the owner: you should have this written on your website clearly so people know before they book an appointment.

Made appointment over the phone two weeks ago told the guy i needed to have my tires balanced and inflated today go to my appointement they won't put them on because they where bought online wich i could understand but the rep was less then professional in the way he talked to people .i wouldn't buy tires there even if they were cheaper then online

Bought a pair of Maxtrek tires, and they caused my steering to wobble since there was a bend in the tred. At first I thought there was a problem with my car, it took while to figure out it was the tires. Since I took too long to ask for a replacement they wouldn't deal with me, even though they clearly sold me useless tires, now I am stuck with tires that are not safe. Its worth spending a bit more to get decent tires from somewhere else.

This used to be my garage of choice. I've dropped alot of money here over the years. Oil changes, break jobs, tire changes, new tires, etc. That was until now. I made an appointment to put on some tires. These were new tires that I had purchased elsewhere. When I was there for my appointment I was told that they sell tires there and will not install new tires that were bought somewhere else. Fine, fair enough. BTW, these tires that I bought you didn't actually have for sale. So, I was a loyal customer and you are going to pull that on me. Great, I will take my business elsewhere. I used to tell people to come to your place for service. Now, as I am telling them this story they are vowing to never to go there. Disgusting service.
