Rented a room for an event...the floors were clean but the tables and chairs were dirty, there were only two wall outlets in the entire room which minimized choice for placement of items and the room was difficult to locate

Well maintained facility as it is relatively new. Like most Ottawa city run recreational facilities, reception staff are kids who lack interest and professionalism!

Great services offered for vast areas of the community. Parking is a but minimal. There's food emergency services offered here, gymnasium rental and workout gym for those fitness freaks.

I took my family to the basketball drop in this weekend and had a good time. It's a nice gym. Enough rims for multiple games. Nice group of people there to play with. Good place to go to work on your game.

Not my favourite facility. The weight and cardio room is very small with a shortage of workout benches.The staff is nice and do their jobs well.

I hope an action could be taken to replace today's basketball coaches who worked today May 16th from 6:30 to 7:30. They kept chatting & looking at their phones and left the kids playing on their own without any supervision. I think working, particularly working with kids needs some dedication& professionalism.

What a beautiful facility! The building itself is huge. There's plenty of rooms available for rental. Staff there are kind and helpful! There's an elevator as well which makes the upper floors accessible!
