My wife bought a brooks brother shirt here for me and she asked multiple times if we would be able to exchange it in a Toronto store for size in case it doesn’t fit. Sales person lied and said that we could. Went to the store in Toronto and they refused to exchange. Apparently they’ve complained and called the store a few times to stop doing this. Now I can’t even get the store on the phone to speak to me.

Well coming and friendly staff and variety of things you can fet over there

Don’t buy here. Bought a sandwich. When I got home was charged $59.85Tried calling and machine full.Will be complaining to Airport.

Phone calls are never answered

The experience was highly disappointing . The assistant manager named Gloria fixes an interview with a newly fresh candidate and leaves an impression of never showing up and never respond to any calls .Will never recommend anybody for working at this place . I wish there would have been an option for 0 star .For your kind reference : she called a Candidate at 1pm at Virgin book store who waited for more than an hour but she never showed up .This is so insulting and embarrassing for a newly international student to face this Kind of this in a developed country like Canada .Please take care of your responsibilities if you have a post .I would really appreciate !
